技术领域
本实用新型涉及生物质能与太阳能综合利用***。
背景技术
[0002] 化石能源枯竭和环境日益恶化已经成为制约全球经济和社会发展的长期、重大瓶颈,未来将影响到人类的生存状态。为了解决该问题,一方面要大力开展节能与科学用能,另一个方面必须加速可再生能源的开发和利用。沼气作为一种清洁、高效的新型再生能源,越来越受到世界各国的广泛关注。但沼气发酵受温度条件限制,当沼气池温度低于10℃时几乎不再产气。在我国北方冬季寒冷地区,沼气池存在“半年使用,半年闲置”的现象,而且沼气池空腹过冬,造成大量沼气池的冻裂、报废,造成巨大的经济损失。同时,生物质预处理也是影响厌氧发酵***稳定运行、提高产气率和工程效益的重要环节,如秸秆预处理是提高秸秆原料利用率,加大产气量,缩短启动时间的有效手段。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种多能耦合的可再生能源制沼气***。
本实用新型是一种多能耦合的可再生能源制沼气***,生物质原料9通过粉碎机8、输送机10装置,进入厌氧消化器11中,***由太阳能热发电***、生物质原料预处理***、沼气发酵***、余热利用***以及燃料自控喷入***组成;太阳能热发电***由压缩机1、燃气轮机2、换热器3、太阳能聚热器4、燃烧室5、发电机7组成,换热器3分别与压缩机1、燃气轮机2相连;生物质原料预处理***由发电机7、粉碎机8、输送机10组成;沼气发酵***由生物质原料9、厌氧消化器11、搅拌机12组成,搅拌机12与发电机7相连;余热利用***由太阳能聚热器4、燃气轮机2、换热器3、***6组成,乏气经由太阳能聚热器4、燃气轮机2、换热器3、***6出来;燃料自控喷入***由厌氧消化器11、净化装置13、截止阀14、稳压罐15、调节阀16和阻火器17组成,阻火器16与燃烧室5相连,温度指示与控制仪表与聚热器4、燃烧室5之间的管道相连。
本实用新型的有益效果是,开发光气燃气轮机和太阳能集热协同进行高效生物质预处理集成单元,将太阳能通过动力装置转化为电能,由电能转化为机械能来进行生物质预处理,使其便于发酵,提高产气率。同时,利用太阳能和燃气轮机的余热来维持沼气池恒温条件,使产气率在原有基础上大幅提高,保持连续、稳定供气,以达到多能互补,能量综合梯级利用的节能效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型是一种多能耦合的可再生能源制沼气***,生物质原料9通过粉碎机8、输送机10装置,进入厌氧消化器11中,***由太阳能热发电***、生物质原料预处理***、沼气发酵***、余热利用***以及燃料自控喷入***组成;太阳能热发电***由压缩机1、燃气轮机2、换热器3、太阳能聚热器4、燃烧室5、发电机7组成,换热器3分别与压缩机1、燃气轮机2相连;生物质原料预处理***由发电机7、粉碎机8、输送机10组成;沼气发酵***由生物质原料9、厌氧消化器11、搅拌机12组成,搅拌机12与发电机7相连;余热利用***由太阳能聚热器4、燃气轮机2、换热器3、***6组成,乏气经由太阳能聚热器4、燃气轮机2、换热器3、***6出来;燃料自控喷入***由厌氧消化器11、净化装置13、截止阀14、稳压罐15、调节阀16和阻火器17组成,阻火器16与燃烧室5相连,温度指示与控制仪表与聚热器4、燃烧室5之间的管道相连。
太阳能聚热器4为塔式结构,或者槽式结构,或者碟式结构。
厌氧消化器11为高温厌氧消化器。
所述的生物质原料9为秸秆生物质原料。
所述的厌氧消化器11采用聚氨酯作为保温材料,用玻璃钢对保温层进行防水保护。
所述的换热器3为U型管换热器,或者翅片管换热器,或者板式换热器。
所述的净化装置13为采用碳分子筛工艺的净化装置,或者采用活性炭吸附工艺的净化装置,或者采用吸附干燥工艺的净化装置。
所述的燃烧室5点火采用点火喷燃技术,在燃料喷入燃烧室5之前设置阻火器17。
所述的调节阀16为气动调节阀。
本实用新型利用太阳能加热空气,将高温空气通入燃气轮机,再由燃气轮机驱动发电机发电,产生的电能驱动粉碎机进行生物质预处理,然后输入到沼气池中发酵,产生的部分沼气作为燃料通入燃气轮机中。
本实用新型采用太阳能和燃气轮机的余热来维持沼气池恒温发酵条件,实现高效、稳定供气。
太阳能具有间歇性和不稳定,使它的适用范围大大缩小,但在该***中,可通过控制沼气池净化出来的甲烷量,连续稳定地喷入燃气轮机中。当在冬季或阴天时,太阳能减少,进入燃气轮机的空气温度较低,喷入甲烷燃料量就自动增大;当在夏天或阳光充足时,太阳能增大,进入燃气轮机的空气温度较高,喷入甲烷燃料量就自动减少。甲烷自控喷入***的开发,保障了整个***的稳定性,不受外界干扰,连续、稳定发电,进行生物质预处理。

1.一种多能耦合的可再生能源制沼气***,生物质原料(9)通过粉碎机(8)、输送机(10)装置,进入厌氧消化器(11)中,其特征在于***由太阳能热发电***、生物质原料预处理***、沼气发酵***、余热利用***以及燃料自控喷入***组成;太阳能热发电***由压缩机(1)、燃气轮机(2)、换热器(3)、太阳能聚热器(4)、燃烧室(5)、发电机(7)组成,换热器(3)分别与压缩机(1)、燃气轮机(2)相连;生物质原料预处理***由发电机(7)、粉碎机(8)、输送机(10)组成;沼气发酵***由生物质原料(9)、厌氧消化器(11)、搅拌机(12)组成,搅拌机(12)与发电机(7)相连;余热利用***由太阳能聚热器(4)、燃气轮机(2)、换热器(3)、***(6)组成,乏气经由太阳能聚热器(4)、燃气轮机(2)、换热器(3)、***(6)出来;燃料自控喷入***由厌氧消化器(11)、净化装置(13)、截止阀(14)、稳压罐(15)、调节阀(16)和阻火器(17)组成,阻火器(16)与燃烧室(5)相连,温度指示与控制仪表与聚热器(4)、燃烧室(5)之间的管道相连。
