背景技术
工业缝纫机同步带轮是两侧带有阶梯轴的轴台结构，其两端压装端盖，使用时防止同步皮带滑落。传统压装同步带轮端盖是采用同一套模具，先压装同步带轮一侧的端盖，然后将同步带轮倒头，用同一套模具再压装另一侧端盖。其缺点：劳动效率低，操作工人劳动强度大，需要大量手工操作工，增加了零件生产成本。

本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种工业缝纫机同步带轮端盖组装装置，实现一次性压装两侧端盖，省去了倒头压装的时间，效率大大提高。

使用时将同步带轮端盖安装在同步带轮两端，然后将同步带轮穿在芯轴上，芯轴与下模滑动配合，将上模穿在芯轴上，最后将安装好同步带轮的模具用压力机压装，即可。
