Abstract

一种双向逆进紧固螺栓,系将现行的下端单一膨胀管改制成两头双处膨胀管,并将螺帽的下侧制成倒圆台体,用于下端带有引进式膨胀栓的螺杆的紧固,能在引导螺杆下端的膨胀栓楔进膨胀管下口的同时使螺帽下侧的倒圆台体也楔入膨胀管上口,形成膨胀管两端一同膨胀而有效卡紧安装孔内壁的效果,可确保紧固螺栓不因外力冲击而松脱。

本发明涉及一种紧固器材,尤其是一种双向逆进紧固螺栓。 
背景技术:
目前所用的紧固螺栓,只有膨胀管下端单一膨胀,在安装施工时,若是安装孔的内径太紧凑,就会加大施工难度,容易将螺杆打歪甚或前功尽弃。但若将安装孔内径打得宽松一点,又会在膨胀管上端跟安装孔内壁间留下间隙,如果被紧固件质量较大或经常受强大外力冲击,膨胀管会发生晃动,旷日持久即可能完全松脱。 
发明内容:
为了消除现行紧固螺栓的相关弊端,本发明提供一种双向逆进紧固螺栓,其特征在于包括了一只上下两端都刻有膨胀裂口的膨胀管,一段上段刻有相配于相应螺帽结构的螺纹而下部带有膨胀栓的螺杆,一只***下部为倒圆台体构造的螺帽,倒圆台体下沿的外径稍小于膨胀管的内径,而其上部跟螺帽相接处的外径相等于螺杆下端所带有的膨胀栓的最大直径,螺杆穿套于膨胀管中,螺帽旋合于露出膨胀管上口的螺杆上,旋动螺帽可使螺帽***下部与螺杆下部的膨胀栓同步逆向楔入膨胀管的两头而将其两头都催胀开来。 
本发明用如下方式实施:1、将膨胀管的上、下两端都刻出膨胀裂口;2、将与下端带有膨胀栓的引进式螺杆相应的螺帽下侧制成倒圆台体,倒圆台体下沿的外径稍小于膨胀管内径,而其上部跟螺帽相接处的外径相等于螺杆下端所带有的膨胀栓的最大直径;3、将与螺杆相配的螺帽***下部制成能楔入膨胀管上口并可催胀膨胀口的倒圆台体构造;4、将螺杆穿套于膨胀管中,将螺帽旋合于露出膨胀管上口的螺杆上。本发明的效益是,安装施工时可将安装孔内径打得稍为宽松,以方便施工,而当旋转螺帽使 其***下部的倒圆台体构造楔进膨胀管上口时也能带动螺杆下部的膨胀栓构造同步逆向楔入膨胀管下口,使膨胀管的上下两头都膨胀开来卡在安装孔内壁上,确保紧固螺栓不发生晃动。

具体实施方式:
将图5所示螺杆从其上端通过图2所示的膨胀管下口(3)穿套,然后放入安装孔内,将被紧固件通过其安装口从螺杆上端套入,在露于被紧固件安装口外的螺杆中套入弹簧垫片(3),再将图3、图4所示的螺帽从其倒圆台体下口(11)通过螺杆螺纹(8)旋紧,使螺杆下端的膨胀栓和螺帽下侧的倒圆台体分别楔进膨胀管的下口和上口。

1.一种双向逆进紧固螺栓,其特征在于包括了一只上下两端都刻有膨胀裂口的膨胀管,一段上段刻有相配于相应螺帽结构的螺纹而下部带有膨胀栓的螺杆,一只***下部为倒圆台体构造的螺帽,倒圆台体下沿的外径稍小于膨胀管的内径,而其上部跟螺帽相接处的外径相等于螺杆下端所带有的膨胀栓的最大直径,螺杆穿套于膨胀管中,螺帽旋合于露出膨胀管上口的螺杆上,旋动螺帽可使螺帽***下部与螺杆下部的膨胀栓同步逆向楔入膨胀管的两头而将其两头都催胀开来。
