本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由翻盖、畚箕手柄、固定活动连接点、畚箕斗组成，其特征在于畚箕斗通过固定活动连接点连接翻盖，使用时把垃圾扫入畚箕斗里面，合上翻盖，手握畚箕手柄把畚箕拎到垃圾桶边时，打开翻盖，倒掉垃圾即可。
