背景技术
目前的茶叶烘干过程中,一般采用认为设定工作温度与时间来烘干茶叶,这样由于在烘干过程中并没有适时翻动茶叶,使茶叶烘干出现局部受热过高而影响烘干效果等问题。因此,针对上述问题是本实用新型研究的对象。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种改进型茶叶烘干装置,有助于解决目前茶叶烘干过程中容易局部受热,影响茶叶烘干效果等问题。 
本实用新型的技术方案在于: 
一种改进型茶叶烘干装置,包括具有温度传感器的烘干箱体,其特征在于:所述烘干箱体内设有安放茶叶的承物网架,所述承物网架的底侧设有衔铁和顶接于烘干箱体底侧上的弹簧,所述烘干箱体的底部内设有对应于衔铁的铁芯,所述铁芯上绕制有线圈。
其中,所述温度传感器与线圈电路串联。 
本实用新型的优点在于:本实用新型结构简单,实现便捷,能有效提升茶叶烘干效果和提升自动化烘干作业程度,保障烘茶品质。

参考图1,本实用新型涉及一种改进型茶叶烘干装置,包括具有温度传感器2的烘干箱体1,所述烘干箱体1内设有安放茶叶的承物网架3,所述承物网架3的底侧设有衔铁4和顶接于烘干箱体1底侧上的弹簧5,所述烘干箱体1的底部内设有对应于衔铁4的铁芯6,所述铁芯6上绕制有线圈。 
上述温度传感器2与线圈电路串联。 
本实用新型的具体实施过程:将茶叶放置在承物网架上,然后设定温度使烘干箱体内的电加热棒开始烘干作业,当温度传感器检测到箱内温度达到设定温度时,通过温度传感器驱动线圈通电,使铁芯产生磁性吸引衔铁,从而带动承物网架振动,达到翻动茶叶的目的。
