本实用新型涉及一种学校洗手间漏水故障报警装置，尤其是当学校洗手间供水管路存在漏水故障时能够自动报警的装置。
背景技术
目前，公知的学校洗手间没有漏水故障报警发施，学生洗完手后常常忘记关严水龙头或者水阀故障等原因造成水长时间泄漏。
发明内容
为了弥补现有的学校洗手间存在漏水故障不能及时发现修理的不足，本实用新型提供一种学校洗手间漏水故障报警装置，可以解决此问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的方案是：采用由流量传感器、PLC利报警指示灯组成的漏水故障报警装置。流量传感器检测到水泄漏流量并把流量非电量信号转换成电信号输入给PLC，PLC执行报警程序输出指令使报警指示灯点亮指示存在漏水故障。流量传感器灵敏度高，PLC程序执行时间短，所以能迅速实时报警，整个装置可以长时间连续工作，不需要人参与，实现了自动报警。报警指示灯显示醒目，而且每个灯都进行了地址编码，根据所亮的灯就能知道故障区域，为及时修理提供了便利。
本实用新型的有益效果是，结构简单，安装使用方便，能够连续工作，对漏水故障能自动实时报警。

具体实施方式
在附图中，流量传感器安装在需要监测的管路中，其信号输出端接入PLC的输入接口。通过编程器向PLC中写入报警程序，报警指示灯和PLC的输出端口相连接，接好PLC的输入电源并将PLC固定在机架上。
在附图所示的一个实施例中，使用时，按下PLC启动按钮，漏水故障报警装置开始运行，当流量传感器中有水流过时，传感器把流量非电量信号转换成电信号输入给PLC，由于泄漏会存在一定时间因此该信号也会存在一段时间，PLC采用循环扫描方式工作，当PLC扫描到输入端有来自流量传感器的信号时执行报警程序输出指令使报警指示灯点亮指示存在漏水故障。

1.一种学校洗手间漏水故障报警装置，其特征是：由流量传感器、PLC和报警指示灯组成，流量传感器、报警指示灯均通过通信电缆分别和PLC的输入、输出端子相连接并进行通信。流量传感器检测到水泄漏流量并把流量非电量信号转换成电信号输入给PLC，PLC输出指令使报警指示灯点亮指示存在漏水故障。
