本实用新型涉及一种化工工艺设备,特别涉及一种换热器。
背景技术
现有的石墨等材料的换热管,一般采用内壁光滑的形式,造成热交换性能不理想。另一方面,由于换热器包括蒸发器和冷凝器,而作为蒸发器的换热器会产生凝结水,对凝结水的处理,传统处理方法是用排水管将凝结水排到室外,凝结水流出排水管后,滴落在地上。由于凝结水会带走部分能量,因此浪费了能源。
发明内容
针对上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种换热器,该换热器热交换性能好,换热器表面不会产生凝结水,可以节省能源。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种换热器,包括换热管本体,所述换热管本体的内壁设置有向换热管本体轴线方向的凸起,所述换热管本体的内壁和所述凸起上均涂覆有疏水材料层。
作为优选,所述疏水材料层为碳氟树脂层或超纳米材料层。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:因为在换热管本体的内壁设置有向换热管本体轴线方向的凸起,换热管本体的内壁和凸起上均涂覆有疏水材料层,因此热交换性能好,换热器表面不会产生凝结水,可以节省能源。

如图1所示,一种换热器,包括换热管本体1,换热管本体1的内壁设置有向换热管本体轴线方向的凸起2,换热管本体1的内壁和凸起2上均涂覆有疏水材料层3。
疏水材料层3可以为碳氟树脂层,也可以为超纳米材料层。

1.一种换热器,包括换热管本体,其特征在于:所述换热管本体的内壁设置有向换热管本体轴线方向的凸起,所述换热管本体的内壁和所述凸起上均涂覆有疏水材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其特征在于:所述疏水材料层为碳氟树脂层或超纳米材料层。
