背景技术
随着机械行业的迅速发展，回转支承在船舶设备、工程机械、轻工机械、冶金机械、医疗机械、工业机械人、隧道掘进机、旋转舞台灯行业得到了广泛的应用。在现实工业中，回转支承被人们称为“机器的关节”，是两物体之间需作相对回转运动，又需同时承受轴向力、径向力、倾翻力矩的机械所必需的重要传动元件。 
目前，国内生产的单排球式回转支承虽然能够承受轴向力、径向力和倾翻力矩，但由于滚球和滚道接触角的不同使得回转支承轴向负荷承受能力有限，因此亟待研发一种新型双列等径球式回转支承。 
发明内容
针对上述现存的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种新型双列等径球式回转支承，以提高承受轴向负荷的能力。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：一种新型双列等径球式回转支承，包括外齿圈、中圈、内齿圈、钢球、隔离块、密封带和油嘴，外齿圈与中圈、内齿圈与中圈的密封沟内均设有密封带；内齿圈与中圈内环壁之间、中圈与外齿圈内环壁之间均环布有钢球，钢球上设有隔离块和密封带，中圈内环壁下部设有油嘴。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：本回转支承除能够承受径向负荷外，还能承受较大径向力和倾翻力矩，尤其是轴向负荷和倾翻力矩较大的场合。并且能够同时带动两个齿轮转动，转动灵活速度快，有效的节约了回转空间和用材，降低了成本，提高了回转支承的性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图1所示，本实用新型包括外齿圈1、中圈2、内齿圈3、钢球4、隔离块5、密封带6和油嘴7。外齿圈1与中圈2、内齿圈3与中圈2的密封沟内均设有密封带6，以防止润滑脂外溢；内齿圈3与中圈2内环壁之间环布有能实现方向回转并承载轴向和径向载荷的钢球4，钢球4上还设有隔离块5和密封带6。中圈2与外齿圈1内环壁之间也环布有能实现方向回转并承载轴向和径向载荷的钢球4，钢球4上也设有隔离块5和密封带6。中圈2内环壁下部设有油嘴7。 
实施时，本实用新型的中圈2径向径较薄、轴向较厚，结构紧凑、重量轻，钢球4与圆弧四点接触，能同时承受轴向力、径向力和倾翻力矩，尤其是轴向负荷和倾翻力矩较大的场合。另外，它的外齿圈1、内齿圈3能够同时带动两个齿轮转动，并且转动灵活速度快，有效的节约了回转空间和用材，提高了回转支承的性能。

1.一种新型双列等径球式回转支承，其特征在于，包括外齿圈（1）、中圈（2）、内齿圈（3）、钢球（4）、隔离块（5）、密封带（6）和油嘴（7），外齿圈（1）与中圈（2）、内齿圈（3）与中圈（2）的密封沟内均设有密封带（6）；内齿圈（3）与中圈（2）内环壁之间、中圈（2）与外齿圈（1）内环壁之间均环布有钢球（4），钢球（4）上设有隔离块（5）和密封带（6），中圈（2）内环壁下部设有油嘴（7）。
