本实用新型涉及一种籽棉打模机踩压油缸固定机构。
背景技术
目前，国内现有的籽棉打模的设备主要应用在机采棉或手摘棉的籽棉打模，其踩压油缸的主要作用是将松散的籽棉压实成形。现有的籽棉打模机液压油缸由于长度方向尺寸较大，中间部必须固定。该部分的固定结构存在的缺点，是固定不牢固，而易造成油缸变形损坏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单，灵活可靠的油缸固定机构。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：
本实用新型其特点在于：包括踩压装置、踩压油缸、油缸固定座，所述踩压油缸上设有球头关节，所述的油缸固定座设在球头关节上，对所述的球头关节形成包裹。
上述的油缸固定座为两半部分构成。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型结构简单，便于制作与装配，尤其在使用性能上即保证了油缸整体工作时的稳定性，又使油缸运动时有一定的自由度，防止油缸变形损坏。

实施例：参照附图1～3，包括踩压装置1、踩压油缸2、油缸固定座3，所述踩压油缸2上设有球头关节4，所述的油缸固定座3设在球头关节4上，对所述的球头关节4形成包裹，为拆卸安装方便，所述的油缸固定座3为两半部分构成。
