技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种绝热板,具体说是一种能够增加隔热面积的真空绝热板。
背景技术
目前,市场上真空绝热板的成型过程是:首先将芯材做适当处理,然后装入预先制作的复合袋,抽真空,封口,产品即成型。但是产品成型后多余的膜材飞边会减少真空绝热板在使用时的有效隔热面积,增加其热桥效应,降低真空绝热板的保温性能,从而影响整体保温效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了减小热桥效应,增加有效的隔热面积。
为解决上述技术问题本实用新型提供一种能够减小热桥效应的真空绝热板,主体为绝热板,在绝热板的表面覆盖一层膜材形成真空绝热板,其特征在于:所述真空绝热板的边缘表面上还设置有边缘层。
所述边缘层粘合在膜材的表面,用于加强真空绝热板的保温性能。
所述膜材和边缘层由锡纸制成。
本实用新型的原理是将成型后真空绝热板多余的膜材飞边用胶带粘贴至真空绝热板边缘表面形成边缘层,使得隔热面积加大,有效的减少了热桥效应。
本实用新型的有益效果是将真空绝热板多余的飞边用胶带粘贴至真空绝热板表面,不但增加了隔热面积,减小了热桥效应,而且使得产品的周边整齐。同时膜材不易被膜材飞边扎破,减小了产品漏气的几率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种减小热桥效应的真空绝热板,主体为绝热板1,在绝热板1的表面覆盖一层膜材2形成真空绝热板,并在真空绝热板的边缘表面上还制有边缘层3。其中边缘层3是粘合在膜材2的表面,用于加强真空绝热板的保温性能。
首先将绝热板表面进行切割、整形处理,然后装入预先制作的膜材复合袋,抽真空,封口,产品成型,接着将成型后真空绝热板多余的飞边用胶带粘贴至真空绝热板表面形成边缘层,从而增加了隔热面积,减小了热桥效应。
