本实用新型涉及一种单轴并联混合动力***,包括依次串联连接的发动机、离合器一、ISG电机、离合器二和变速器,发动机、离合器一、ISG电机、离合器二和变速器均与总线连接,发动机与总线之间连接有发动机控制器,所述离合器一与总线之间连接有离合器一控制器,所述ISG电机与总线之间连接有ISG电机控制器和高压蓄电池,所述离合器二与总线之间连接有离合器二控制器,所述变速器与总线之间连接有变速器控制器,所述总线连接有整车控制器。本实用新型的有益效果为:在混合动力电机前后各布置一个离合器,布局简单,能够方便的实现单轴并联混合动力***的纯电动行驶工况和发动机自动启停工况,同时也能够较大限度的进行制动能量回收。

一种单轴并联混合动力***
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种单轴并联混合动力***。
背景技术
混合动力***根据其结构构型一般可分为串联混合动力***,并联混合动力***和混联混合动力***。并联混合动力***对主要***部件如高压电池和电机的需求比另外两种***要求相对容易实现,同时对于传统车辆的动力***更改较小,在实现节能减排的同时相对来说***更改较小,较容易实施,同时***的可靠性相对较高,获得了广泛的关注。
单轴并联混合动力***是并联混合动力***的一种,其特点是将混合动力电机和发动机布置在同一根传动轴上。目前的技术方案当中,一种单轴并联混合动力***是将混合动力电机布置在传统动力***中的离合器前端,即位于发动机和离合器之间,但该***存在一些不足:在车辆低速行驶时,发动机与电机同步运转,无法实现真正意义上的纯电动行驶,限制了车辆的经济性能;在制动能量回收过程当中,发动机与电机的同步运转限制了制动能量回收的能力。
另外一种单轴并联混合动力***是将混合动力电机布置在传动***中离合器的后端,即位于离合器和变速箱之间,但该***也存在一些不足:由于混合动力电机与变速箱输入轴相连,如果需要对发动机进行自动启停的控制,需要变速箱执行一次换挡操作,即变速箱首先需要摘为空挡,当发动机完成自动启停控制之后,重新挂入档位,控制过程复杂,灵活性较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种单轴并联混合动力***,在混合动力电机前后各布置一个离合器,通过分离变速箱之前的离合器闭合发动机之后的离合器,可以方便混合动力电机进行发动机自动启停的控制;通过分离发动机之后的离合器而闭合变速箱之前的离合器,也可以方便的实现实际意义的纯电动行驶以及较高效率的制动能量回收功能。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种单轴并联混合动力***,包括发动机、离合器一、ISG电机、离合器二和变速器,所述发动机、离合器一、ISG电机、离合器二和变速器均与总线连接,且发动机、离合器一、ISG电机、离合器二和变速器依次串联连接,所述发动机与总线之间连接有发动机控制器,所述离合器一与总线之间连接有离合器一控制器,所述ISG电机一端与总线之间连接有ISG电机控制器,ISG电机另一端与总线之间连接有高压蓄电池,所述离合器二与总线之间连接有离合器二控制器,所述变速器与总线之间连接有变速器控制器,所述总线连接有整车控制器。 
所述变速器连接有前轴驱动轮,变速器与前轴驱动轮之间设有前轴差速器。
所述ISG电机与高压蓄电池之间连接有ISG电机逆变器。
所述高压蓄电池与总线之间连接有高压蓄电池管理***。
本实用新型的有益效果为:在混合动力电机前后各布置一个离合器,布局简单,能够方便的实现单轴并联混合动力***的纯电动行驶工况和发动机自动启停工况,同时也能够较大限度的进行制动能量回收。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例所述的一种单轴并联混合动力***,包括发动机1、离合器一2、ISG电机3、离合器二4和变速器5,所述发动机1、离合器一2、ISG电机3、离合器二4和变速器5均与总线6连接,且发动机1、离合器一2、ISG电机3、离合器二4和变速器5依次串联连接,所述发动机1与总线6之间连接有发动机控制器7,所述离合器一2与总线6之间连接有离合器一控制器8,所述ISG电机3一端与总线6之间连接有ISG电机控制器9,ISG电机3另一端与总线6之间连接有高压蓄电池10,所述离合器二4与总线6之间连接有离合器二控制器11,所述变速器5与总线6之间连接有变速器控制器12,所述总线6连接有整车控制器13;所述变速器5连接有前轴驱动轮14,且变速器5与前轴驱动轮14之间设有前轴差速器15;所述ISG电机3与高压蓄电池10之间连接有ISG电机逆变器16;所述高压蓄电池10与总线6之间连接有高压蓄电池管理***17。
当混合动力汽车整车控制器13依据其他控制器的控制信息和车辆状态信息判定需要控制车辆进行纯电动运行时:整车控制器13控制离合器一2为分离状态,控制离合器二4为闭合状态,控制发动机1处于停机状态,变速器5位于驱动档位,整车控制器13控制ISG电机3提供驱动力矩,通过变速器5直接驱动车辆的运行。
当混合动力汽车整车控制器13依据其他控制器的控制信息和车辆状态信息判定需要控制车辆进行发动机1自动停机过程时:整车控制器13控制离合器一2处于闭合状态,控制离合器二4为分离状态,控制发动机1断油,控制变速器5保持当前档位,控制ISG电机3提供辅助力矩,以实现发动机1快速平顺的停机过程。
当混合动力汽车整车控制器13依据其他控制器的控制信息和车辆状态信息判定需要控制车辆进行发动机1自动启动的过程时:整车控制器13控制离合器一2处于闭合状态,控制离合器二4为分离状态,控制发动机1解除强制断油状态,控制变速器5保持当前档位,控制ISG电机3提供拖动力矩,以实现发动机1快速平顺的自动启动过程。
当混合动力汽车整车控制器13依据其他控制器的控制信息和车辆状态信息判定需要控制车辆进行制动能量回收的过程时:整车控制器13控制离合器一2处于分离状态,控制离合器二4为闭合状态,控制变速器5保持当前档位,控制ISG电机提供制动力矩,在保证车辆驾驶性能的前提下,尽可能提高制动能量回收幅度,以提高车辆的经济性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种单轴并联混合动力***,包括发动机(1)、离合器一(2)、ISG电机(3)、离合器二(4)和变速器(5),其特征在于:所述发动机(1)、离合器一(2)、ISG电机(3)、离合器二(4)和变速器(5)均与总线(6)连接,且发动机(1)、离合器一(2)、ISG电机(3)、离合器二(4)和变速器(5)依次串联连接,所述发动机(1)与总线(6)之间连接有发动机控制器(7),所述离合器一(2)与总线(6)之间连接有离合器一控制器(8),所述ISG电机(3)一端与总线(6)之间连接有ISG电机控制器(9),ISG电机(3)另一端与总线(6)之间连接有高压蓄电池(10),所述离合器二(4)与总线(6)之间连接有离合器二控制器(11),所述变速器(5)与总线(6)之间连接有变速器控制器(12),所述总线(6)连接有整车控制器(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单轴并联混合动力***,其特征在于:所述变速器(5)连接有前轴驱动轮(14),且变速器(5)与前轴驱动轮(14)之间设有前轴差速器(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单轴并联混合动力***,其特征在于:所述ISG电机(3)与高压蓄电池(10)之间连接有ISG电机逆变器(16)。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种单轴并联混合动力***,其特征在于:所述高压蓄电池(10)与总线(6)之间连接有高压蓄电池管理***(17)。
