本实用新型公开了一种浸渍石墨管列管式蒸发器，钢制壳体上设置流体进、出口，钢制壳体的上下端分别设置上、下管板，上管板的上方设置石墨上封头，下管板的下方设置石墨下封头，上、下管板之间设置浸渍石墨管，上封头中设置上蒸发室，下封头中设置下汽液分配室。本实用新型结构合理，传热效果好，物料不易堵塞，流体阻力小，不会因堵料造成换热效果、蒸发量的降低，传热效率是普通换热设备的2~3倍，而且维护检修和清洗方便。

背景技术
在磷化工、钛白、化肥、精细化工、三废治理等行业，大量使用蒸发设备，而其设备普遍存在换热效果不理想、设备易堵易损、结构不合理等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，传热效果理想的浸渍石墨管列管式蒸发器。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种浸渍石墨管列管式蒸发器，包括钢制壳体，其特征是：钢制壳体上设置流体进、出口，钢制壳体的上下端分别设置上、下管板，上管板的上方设置石墨上封头，下管板的下方设置石墨下封头，上、下管板之间设置浸渍石墨管，上封头中设置上蒸发室，下封头中设置下汽液分配室。
本实用新型结构合理，传热效果好，物料不易堵塞，流体阻力小，不会因堵料造成换热效果、蒸发量的降低，传热效率是普通换热设备的2~3倍，而且维护检修和清洗方便。上蒸发室、下汽液分配室也可采用钢制衬耐腐材料制成，根据工艺需要设计，可制成大型换热面积达1000多平方米的换热设备，方便用户产量提高。

一种浸渍石墨管列管式蒸发器，包括钢制壳体1，钢制壳体上设置流体进、出口2、3，钢制壳体的上下端分别设置上、下管板4、5，上管板的上方设置石墨上封头6，下管板的下方设置石墨下封头7，上、下管板之间设置浸渍石墨管8，上封头中设置上蒸发室9，下封头中设置下汽液分配室10。图中还有上涨在上封头上的上盖板13、设置在上盖板上的上石墨接管11、设置在下封头上的下石墨接管12、设置在上封头上的上接管15、设置在下封头上的尾气接管14。
