目前市场上常规的变压器,铁心和夹件直接接地,无法观测其接地电流具体为多少。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种主变铁心、夹件接地电流监测装置。 
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案: 
一种主变铁心、夹件接地电流监测装置由主变铁心夹件接口法兰、防水的铁心夹件箱子、铁心夹件接地电流变送器、防水结构、线缆转接头和接地排组成。装置加装在主变的铁心夹件接地处的接口法兰处,接口法兰与主变的铁心夹件接口处对接,将变压器的铁心和夹件的接地线分别引至铁心夹件接地电流变送器,铁心夹件接地电流变送器与线缆转接头连接,由铁心夹件接地电流变送器将变压器铁心和夹件的电流分别通过线缆转接头输出,供后端采集,实现变压器铁心夹件电流的监测。接地排一端焊接在铁心夹件箱子上、另一端接地。 
本实用新型的优点: 
1.本实用新型直接利用铁心夹件原有对接法兰,不给一次设备添加额外的需求。

本实用新型结构如图1所示,一种主变铁心、夹件接地电流监测装置由主变铁心夹件接口法兰1、防水的铁心夹件箱子2、铁心夹件接地电流变送器3、防水结构4、线缆转接头5、接地排6组成;装置加装在主变的铁心夹件接地处的接口法兰处,接口法兰1与主变的铁心、夹件接口处对接,将变压器的铁心和夹件的接地线分别引至铁心夹件接地电流变送器3,铁心夹件接地电流变送器3与线缆转接头5连接,由铁心夹件接地电流变送器3将变压器铁心和夹件的电流分别通过线缆转接头5输出,供后端采集,实现变压器铁心夹件电流的监测;接地排6一端焊接在铁心夹件箱子2上,另一端接地。 
本实用新型装置的使用步骤如下: 
1.主变铁心夹件接口法兰1必须与变压器铁心夹件端口可靠连接。 
2.铁心夹件接地线接地排6必须穿过铁心夹件接地电流变送器3,一端与主变的铁心或夹件引出端子可靠连接,另一端可靠接地。

1.一种主变铁心、夹件接地电流监测装置,其特征在于:装置由主变铁心夹件接口法兰、防水的铁心夹件箱子、铁心夹件接地电流变送器、防水结构、线缆转接头和接地排组成;装置加装在主变的铁心夹件接地处的接口法兰处,接口法兰与主变的铁心夹件接口处对接,将变压器的铁心和夹件的接地线分别引至铁心夹件接地电流变送器,铁心夹件接地电流变送器与线缆转接头连接;接地排一端焊接在铁心夹件箱子上,另一端接地。
