白酒勾兑过程中,若要求酒的口味比较好,就需要对勾兑过程进行高要求,高精度的配比。 
现有的勾兑过程中,不能实施控制勾兑的配比量,因此达不到上述高要求、高精度的配比。 
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种自动化勾调*** ,本实用新型与现有技术相比可自动检测,自动控制等优点。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的采用以下技术手段: 
一种自动化勾调***,包括中央处理器,与中央处理器连接有模拟量输入模块和模拟量输出模块,与模拟量输入模块连接有液位传感器和流量计,与模拟量输出模块连接有控制运行快慢或阀门开度的控制装置;与中央处理器还连接有数字量输入模块和数字量输出模块,其中所述的数字量输入模块接收外部设备的运行状态信号,与数字量输出模块连接有受其控制的酒泵和自控阀。
进一步的,所述的中央处理器:选用S7-300/400系列控制器;模拟量输入模块选用SM331/SM134;模拟量输出模块选用SM332/SM135;数字量输入模块选用SM321/SM131;数字量输出模块选用SM322/SM132。 
本实用新型的工作原理及有益效果表现在: 
通过以上模块的连接,***可实现以下输入输出信号的处理和操作: 
(1)***初始化和操作完成信号; 
(2)根据液位传感器的反馈信号计算酒罐容量并完成相应的控制; 
(3)根据流量计的反馈信号完成对自控阀、酒泵的控制; 
(4)控制自控阀、酒泵的运行和停止,并读取其运行状态。
由此可见,本控制***实现了对白酒的自动勾调和计量,可在每类基酒的供酒管上安装一套流量计,借助于安全稳定的自控阀门对每一个酒罐进行精确的调兑。 
综上,本白酒勾兑自动控制是指在计算机的操作下,可根据配方和工艺流程,自动完成勾兑生产过程。勾兑自动控制***对基酒罐、调味罐和勾兑罐的液位进行检测,阀门自动开闭,流量计数据实时提取,泵自动启停,实现高精度勾兑的要求。

与中央处理器1连接有模拟量输入模块2和模拟量输出模块3,与模拟量输入模块2连接有液位传感器4和流量计5,与模拟量输出模块3连接有控制的运行快慢或阀门开度的控制装置,比如电控控制装置其控制阀门的开启以及角度。 
与中央处理器1还连接有数字量输入模块6和数字量输出模块7,其中所述的数字量输入模块6接收外部设备的运行状态信号,与数字量输出模块7连接有受其控制的酒泵8和自控阀9。 
优选的,型号选取如下:所述的中央处理器:选用S7-300/400系列控制器;模拟量输入模块选用SM331/SM134;模拟量输出模块选用SM332/SM135;数字量输入模块选用SM321/SM131;数字量输出模块选用SM322/SM132。 
与中央处理器1还连接有以下模块: 
通讯模块:选用profinet,安装在控制柜内,控制器内置或独立模块;
SIEMENS SITOP 系列,为分散I/O提供电源;
工控机:采用think center系列电脑,与可编程控制器构成DCS***。以PROFIBUS-DP或PROFINET方式完成S7-300/400和工控机的通讯,主要完成下列任务:执行各类生产任务、传送现场监控数据、运行监控、故障记录、参数设置、历史曲线、生产数据管理和处理。
现场设备主要由流量计、液位传感器、电磁阀、酒泵等设备组成,其中: 
① 流量计选用质量流量计,测量尽量避免受液体密度、黏度、温度、压力和导电率变化的影响。
② 液位传感器选型要求测量精度高,0.5级或更高,并耐酒精腐蚀。 
③ 自控阀门选型要求耐酒精腐蚀,符合食品卫生标准。 
可见,本控制***主要完成白酒的自动勾调和计量,在每类基酒的供酒管上安装一套精密流量计,借助于安全稳定的自控阀门对每一个酒罐进行精确的调兑。
