背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们越来越多的使用玻璃制品来代替传统的木制门窗,从而玻璃门窗被充分广泛的使用,比如汽车车窗、家庭门窗等,以前玻璃门窗大多只具有挡风隔雨的功能,并没有其它铺助功能;随着各种不同形式的膜出现和运用,有效的将玻璃门窗和膜结合起来形成具有不同功能的玻璃门窗,例如有带防爆功能的玻璃门窗、隔热的玻璃门窗、隔紫外线的玻璃门窗,但目前市场上的隔热膜大都隔热效果不好,同时该膜容易褪色,降低隔热保温效果,使用寿命短,成本高,产品竞争力不强,市场上为了达到高隔热的效果,通常会将膜加厚,但是加厚的膜透光不好,不能够达到即可高隔热又可高透光的效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种高透光高隔热的磁控溅射膜,通过溅射不同的材料达到具有高透光高隔热效果的膜。
本实用新型是这样来实现的,它包括PET层、银层、ATO层,其特征是PET层的一表面溅射一层银层,银层固定粘连ATO层,ATO层连接保护层。
所述ATO层可以由iTO层代替。
本实用新型的技术效果是:结合采用银层和ATO层可以同时达到高透光高隔热的效果,弥补市场空白,提高产品竞争力。
