本实用新型涉及一种柔性电路板,特别是涉及一种更加牢固的柔性电路板。
背景技术
柔性电路板是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路板,具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄的特点,广泛应用在手机、笔记本电脑、PDA、数码相机、LCM等很多产品上。如图1所示,习用的柔性电路板9的焊盘处91只有一层软板,在受到外力作用时,容易破裂。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种更加牢固的柔性电路板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
本实用新型是一种更加牢固的柔性电路板,它包括软板和加强板;所述的软板的焊盘处贴合一层加强板。
采用上述方案后,由于本实用新型所述的软板的焊盘处贴合一层加强板,可起到加强焊盘处强度的作用,可分散外来作用力,使得软板的焊盘处焊接可靠性更高。

具体实施方式
如图2及图3所示,本实用新型是一种更加牢固的柔性电路板,它包括软板1和加强板2。
所述的软板1的焊盘处11贴合一层加强板2,起到增强该处强度的作用。
本实用新型的重点就在于:在软板的焊盘处贴合一层加强板。
