本实用新型提供一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,包括固定底座、上端盖、下端盖、左压块、右压块和螺丝,所述上端盖与所述下端盖通过螺丝连接;所述下端盖两边设有螺纹状的耳朵,所述左压块和右压块的一侧均设有凹槽;所述固定底座内侧两端均设有凹槽,且凹槽内设有与所述下端盖两边耳朵的螺纹相对应的螺纹;所述下端盖的两边的耳朵在所述固定底座的凹槽内旋转连接;所述左压块和右压块分别与所述固定底座的两个凹槽上固定连接。本实用新型的有益效果是由于采用上述技术方案,通过设置上下端盖来调节安装灯臂的大小,实现了一灯多用化的功能,且下端盖与固定座及左右压块通过螺纹来调节灯具安装固定角度;具有结构简单,安装、维修和操作更加方便。

技术领域
本实用新型属于LED照明设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种可调式的LED路灯固定座。 
背景技术
在现有的技术中,随着节能减排技术在我国的大力推广应用,LED照明也得到了飞速的发展。LED照明灯具的结构非常简单实用,普遍由灯座、设置在灯座上的LED照明电路、覆盖在灯座上的灯罩构成。然而,这种灯具安装维护起来并不方便,且安装孔径及安装角度也不能够通过灯具结构上的调节来实现:在安装时,灯具的安装孔径只能适应一种灯臂的外径,安装角度都是固定的,不能进行不同需要的调节。维修难度高,维修人员的安全系数也比较低。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,尤其适合不同道路照明所需的不同安装角度的LED路灯固定座。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,包括固定底座、上端盖、下端盖、左压块、右压块和螺丝,所述上端盖与所述下端盖通过螺丝连接;所述下端盖两边设有螺纹状的耳朵;所述左压块和右压块的一侧均设有凹槽;所述固定底座内侧两端均设有凹槽,且凹槽内设有与所述下端盖两边耳朵的螺纹相对应的螺纹;所述下端盖的两边的耳朵在所述固定底座的凹槽内旋转连接;所述左压块和右压块分别与所述固定底座的两个凹槽上固定连接。 
进一步,所述上端盖和下端盖上均设有加强筋。 
进一步,所述下端盖的两边的耳朵为外表面设有螺纹的圆柱。 
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:由于采用上述技术方案,通过设置上下端盖来调节安装灯臂的大小,实现了一灯多用化的功能,且下端盖与固定座及左右压块通过螺纹来调节灯具安装固定角度,同样使灯具具有很强的市场竞争力;操作更加方便;具有结构简单,安装、维修方便,加工成本低、安全系数高等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1、2和3所示,本实用新型一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,包括固定底座1、上端盖5、下端盖2、左压块3、右压块4和螺丝6,所述上端盖5与所述下端盖2通过螺丝6连接;所述下端盖2两边设有螺纹状的耳朵,;所述左压块3和右压块4的一侧均设有凹槽;所述固定底座1内侧两端均设有凹槽,且凹槽内设有与所述下端盖2两边耳朵的螺纹相对应的螺纹;所述下端盖2通过其两边的耳朵与所述固定底座1的凹槽旋转连接,再将左压块3和右压块4分别盖在固定底座1的两个凹槽上且固定连接。进一步,所述上端盖5和下端盖2上均设有加强筋。进一步,所述下端盖2的两边的耳朵为外表面设有螺纹的圆柱。 
本实例的工作过程:下端盖2的两个螺纹状的耳朵在固定底座1的凹槽内通过螺纹之间的配合进行旋转,且可旋转范围是180度。还可通过调节上端盖5与下端盖2之间的螺丝6来调节上下端盖2的距离,来适应各种大小灯臂的外径。

1.一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,其特征在于:包括固定底座、上端盖、下端盖、左压块、右压块和螺丝,所述上端盖与所述下端盖通过螺丝连接;所述下端盖两边设有螺纹状的耳朵;所述左压块和右压块的一侧均设有凹槽;所述固定底座内侧两端均设有凹槽,且凹槽内设有与所述下端盖两边耳朵的螺纹相对应的螺纹;所述下端盖的两边的耳朵在所述固定底座的凹槽内旋转连接;所述左压块和右压块分别与所述固定底座的两个凹槽上固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,其特征在于:所述上端盖和下端盖上均设有加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种可调式的LED路灯固定座,其特征在于:所述下端盖的两边的耳朵为外表面设有螺纹的圆柱。
