本实用新型属于阀门类，具体是一种稳压阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯，阀盖与阀体用螺钉固定，其特征在于：阀盖上有调节螺母，调节螺母带有弹簧，弹簧另一端在固定座上，固定座嵌套有固定接头，依次连接一膜片与一限位片，阀芯上部旋入在固定接头内，下部装入阀体的阀体中孔内，并将阀体分成进水室、调压室、出水室，阀芯内有丁字通孔，其中两侧通孔分别导向进水室与出水室，另一侧导向调压室。本实用新型结构简单，能够自行对供水***的压力进行调整，从而使水压稳定，同时也延长了仪表仪器的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及阀门类，具体是一种稳压阀。
背景技术
目前城市供水***压力经常会不稳定，当进水压力发生变化或者流量发生改变时，水压往往会有较大的变化，甚至会超过后级过滤器、流量计、进水阀所能承受的压力而引起上述仪器的损坏，影响其正常运行，导致用户不必要的损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种用户可以自己根据需求调节水压并在调好水压后自动内部进行压力调整的稳压阀。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种稳压阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯，阀盖与阀体用螺钉固定，其特征在于：阀盖上有调节螺母，调节螺母带有弹簧，弹簧另一端在固定座上，固定座嵌套有固定接头，阀芯上部依次通过限位片和膜片中孔，通过螺纹旋入在固定接头内，阀芯下部装入阀体的阀体中孔内，并将阀体分成进水室、调压室、出水室，阀芯内有丁字通孔，其中两侧通孔导向进水室与出水室，另一侧导向调压室。
本实用新型阀芯与阀体、阀芯与阀芯盖间装有O型圈，用于密封。
本实用新型采用压力自动平衡的原理，在进水室压力变大时，阀芯在膜片和固定座的带动下上移，而调压室的压力的增加也推动阀芯上移，减少进水流量，以减少压力；当进口压力变小时，膜片和固定座在弹簧的反作用力下回弹，带动阀芯下移，增加了进水流量，并使调压室的水回流出来，进一步带动阀芯下移，如此反复以达到快速的调节并稳定在用户指定的水压力范围的目的。本实用新型结构简单，能够自行对供水***的压力进行调整，从而使水压稳定，同时也延长了仪表仪器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种稳压阀，包括阀体10、阀盖2、阀芯8，其特征在于：阀盖2上有调节螺母1，调节螺母1带有弹簧3，弹簧3另一端在固定座4上，固定座4嵌套有固定接头5，并依次连接一膜片6与一限位片7，阀芯8上部旋入在固定接头5内，下部装在阀体10的阀体中孔17内，将阀体10分成进水室13、调压室14、出水室15，阀芯8内有丁字通孔16，其中两侧通孔导向进水室13与出水室15，另一侧导向调压室14。
本实用新型阀芯8与阀体10间有第一O型圈9，阀芯8与阀芯盖11装上第二O型圈12。
本实用新型在阀芯8的丁字通孔16作用下，使阀芯8与阀体10间调压室压力随进水压力自动变化。当进水压力大于某一值时，膜片6会受压并向上移动，带动阀芯8上移，同时分流至调压室14的水容量也增加，调压室14的腔内压力增加，也推动阀芯8上移动，使阀体中孔17的通水面积减小，并在弹簧3压力作用下使出水压力稳定在某一值下；当阀体中孔17通水面积减少到一定值时，调压室14的内腔压力下于弹簧3的压力时，弹簧3推动固定座4连带膜片6和阀芯8一起下降，阀体中孔17的通水面积增加，使出水压力增加；进水压力的变化使前面的循环反复进行，达到出水压力稳定在某一范围内。
本实用新型水压范围可通过旋动调节螺母1来设定。

1.一种稳压阀，包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯，阀盖与阀体用螺钉固定，其特征在于：阀盖上有调节螺母，调节螺母带有弹簧，弹簧另一端在固定座上，固定座嵌套有固定接头，依次连接一膜片与一限位片，阀芯上部旋入在固定接头内，下部装入阀体的阀体中孔内，并将阀体分成进水室、调压室、出水室，阀芯内有丁字通孔，其中两侧通孔分别导向进水室与出水室，另一侧导向调压室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳压阀，其特征在于：阀芯与阀体间、阀芯与阀芯盖间装有O型圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的稳压阀，其特征在于：水压范围可通过旋动调节螺母来设定。
