本实用新型公开了一种中心管式光纤带光缆,包括光纤带:中心部具有光纤带,光纤带外套装有PBT松套管,光纤带与PBT松套管之间填充有纤膏,PBT松套管外包裹有钢塑复合带,钢塑复合带与PBT松套管之间具有热熔胶层,钢塑复合带外包裹有PE护套,光纤带为8-144根光纤绞合而成。本实用新型通过在PE护套内增加钢塑复合带,钢塑复合带与松套管之间热熔胶粘结的结构,能够使光缆具有优良的机械性能和环境性能,不但确保了光缆防潮阻水效果,且保证了光缆敷设后,松套管无回缩,其光纤带结构芯数高,钢带铠装抗压能力优良。

技术领域:
    本实用新型涉及光纤领域,尤其涉及一种中心管式光纤带光缆。
背景技术:
    现有光纤带式的光缆多为光纤带外套有套管,并配合外护套的结构,其机械性能较差,长距离拉线时容易出现问题,其次光缆外护套通常采用PE护套,其抗压抗折能力较差,一旦被误挖或误碰,很容易出现破损、断裂等情况。因此设想提供一种设新结构来解决这一问题。
实用新型内容:
    本实用新型的目的就是提供一种中心管式光纤带光缆,解决现有光纤带式的光缆多为光纤带外套有套管,并配合外护套的结构,其机械性能较差,长距离拉线时容易出现问题,其次光缆外护套通常采用PE护套,其抗压抗折能力较差,一旦被误挖或误碰,很容易出现破损、断裂等情况的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
一种中心管式光纤带光缆,包括光纤带:中心部具有光纤带,光纤带外套装有PBT松套管,光纤带与PBT松套管之间填充有纤膏, PBT松套管外包裹有钢塑复合带,钢塑复合带与PBT松套管之间具有热熔胶层,钢塑复合带外包裹有PE护套。
所述光纤带为8-144根光纤绞合而成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
本实用新型通过在PE护套内增加钢塑复合带,钢塑复合带与松套管之间热熔胶粘结的结构,能够使光缆具有优良的机械性能和环境性能,不但确保了光缆防潮阻水效果,且保证了光缆敷设后,松套管无回缩,其光纤带结构芯数高,钢带铠装抗压能力优良。

1.一种中心管式光纤带光缆,包括光纤带,其特征在于:中心部具有光纤带,光纤带外套装有PBT松套管,光纤带与PBT松套管之间填充有纤膏, PBT松套管外包裹有钢塑复合带,钢塑复合带与PBT松套管之间具有热熔胶层,钢塑复合带外包裹有PE护套。
