背景技术
太阳能光伏电站采用光伏电池板将太阳能转换为电能。为有效利用太阳光,保证阳光对光伏电池板的直射,一般会在光伏电池板底座安装转向机构,通过转动光伏电池板来保证面向阳光。 
为使光伏电池板能够跟踪阳光转动,目前大多用包括电机和减速机构的机械方式来直接驱动光伏电池板的转动。该种机构仅适用于较大型的光伏电池板或在无人值守情况下使用。由于太阳能光伏电站已经得到广泛使用,如分散居住在草原的牧民或山区的农户都会安装小型光伏电池板来满足日常用电需求,对于这种小型光伏电池板如使用上述转向机构一是结构复杂,使用维护麻烦,二是投资较大,并需要电力来驱动,无论是从技术还是经济上来看都是不合算的。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种适合边远山区农户或草原牧民使用的太阳能光伏电池板转向机构,其光伏电池板通过手动转向,可以有效利用太阳能。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是,一种太阳能光伏 电池板转向机构,包括光伏电池板和跟踪转向机构,光伏电池板包括底座,跟踪转向机构包括蜗轮、蜗杆和蜗杆座,底座与蜗轮固定连接,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,蜗杆与蜗杆座连接。 
作为优选,还包括摇柄,摇柄与蜗杆的一端连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果是: 
采用手动方式转动光伏电池板,结构简单,使用维护方便,不易损坏,适合边远山区农户或草原牧民使用。

具体实施方式
图1是一种太阳能光伏电池板转向机构,由光伏电池板1、蜗轮3、蜗杆5、蜗杆座4、支架7组成。 
光伏电池板1固定在底座2上,蜗轮3、蜗杆5和蜗杆座4构成跟踪转向机构,蜗轮3安装在底座2的外周并与底座2固定装在一起,蜗杆5与蜗轮4啮合,蜗杆5安装在蜗杆座4内,蜗杆5可在蜗杆座4内转动。摇柄6固定在蜗杆5的一端,转动摇柄6通过蜗杆5来推动蜗轮3平稳转动。由此使得固定在蜗轮3上的整个光伏电池板1转向。蜗杆座4固定在支架7的顶面。 
由于阳光一天内转向不超过180度,因此可以将蜗轮制作成扇形也能使用,而且更节省材料。

1.一种太阳能光伏电池板转向机构,包括光伏电池板和跟踪转向机构,其特征在于,所述光伏电池板包括底座,所述跟踪转向机构包括蜗轮、蜗杆和蜗杆座,所述底座与蜗轮固定连接,所述蜗杆与蜗轮啮合,所述蜗杆与蜗杆座连接。
2.据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池板转向机构,其特征在于,还包括摇柄,所述摇柄与蜗杆的一端连接。
