Abstract

一种基础腹腔镜模拟器,它包括有操作盒、训练项目模块、模拟腹部、摄像头、LED灯、液晶电视和支架;所述的操作盒的底部为封闭硬体,上面放置活动底板,该活动底板上放置训练项目模块;所述操作盒的上部为硬边包绕的弧形软体,该弧形软体为模拟腹部,手术器械由模拟腹部区域进入操作盒内,在其弧形硬包边的前内侧装有摄像头,摄像头通过视频线接于液晶电视。本实用新型的有益效果是:用于模拟环境下的腹腔镜手术技能训练,也可加载真实的腹腔镜进行训练,包括手眼协调能力训练、镜像操作训练、触觉感知训练、夹持物体训练、移动物体训练、3D空间操作训练、缝合打结技能训练、结扎止血术训练、剥离术训练、摘除术训练等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗模拟器技术领域,属于一种基础腹腔镜模拟器。 
背景技术
腹腔镜外科手术,需要医生具有持钳夹物、深度感知、空间定位、眼-手配合、双手配合、打结缝合等基础技能,为了训练腹腔镜外科手术基础技能,目前市场上的同类产品,主要存在以下不足: 
1)不能加载真实的腹腔镜***; 
2)没有模拟腹部,四面都是坚硬的盒体; 
3)手术操作区域没有光源,当自然光因为四周盒体遮挡时,存在操作区光线不明朗的缺陷; 
4)没有预设手术任务,用户需要自己放置物体进行模拟练习; 
5)盒体形状固定,不能进行三维空间操作。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种掌握腹腔镜外科手术基础技能的基础腹腔镜模拟器;它可加载真实的腹腔镜***进行训练,也可在完全模拟环境下进行训练:模拟器建立了模拟的病人腹部,有光源供应,有丰富的模拟训练项目,并且可自主创建新的训练项目,腹腔盒体设计可以调节手术目标的立体布局,以训练空间操作。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案: 
一种基础腹腔镜模拟器,它包括有操作盒、训练项目模块、模拟腹部、摄像头、LED灯、液晶电视和支架;所述的操作盒的底部为封闭硬体,上面放置活动底板,该活动底板上放置训练项目模块,训练项目模块通过魔术贴固定于活动底板上;所述操作盒的左右壁为开有槽孔的硬体,槽孔用于调节活动底板的空间布局;所述操作盒的前壁为倒梯形空缺硬体,空缺部是置换盒内训练项目模块的通道;所述操作盒的后壁为倒梯形空缺硬体;所述操作盒的上部为硬边包绕的弧形软体,该弧形软体为模拟腹部,手术器械由模拟腹部区域进入操作盒内,在其弧形硬包边的前内侧装有摄像头,摄像头通过视频线接于液晶电视,在其弧形硬包边的左、右及后内侧装有三排LED灯。 
模拟器放置在任意平稳的台面上进行工作,所述的液晶电视通过支架固定 在台面上,根据需要,通过支架臂调整液晶电视的高低远近;训练项目模块箱放置在台面上供训练项目模块置换。 
所述的训练项目模块包括钉板模块,该钉板模块包括底板,在底板上设有柱板,在该柱板上排列有柱子,在底板上设有立柱,在柱上设有弯丝,还包括有可套在柱子上的环柱,可穿过弯丝的小环。 
钉板模块用于协调技能训练:使用手术器械把环柱夹起并放置到指定的柱子上,把环柱夹起,在柱板上转移,把环柱在柱子上垂直罗列;夹起小环,穿过弯丝,不得让小环碰触弯丝。 
所述的训练项目模块包括2D到3D模块,该2D到3D模块包括底板,在底板上按3×3排布着环柱,每个环柱自上而下设有3个小环。 
使用手术器械夹起直杆进行平面穿环或空间穿环操作。 
所述的训练项目模块包括插管模块,该插管模块包括底板、两个支柱、管体、清洗刷,该两个支柱连接在底板上,两个支柱的上端套接有管体,该清洗刷插在管体内。 
用插管模块模拟训练输卵管清洗操作;用插管模块模拟训练直管插管操作。 
所述的训练项目模块包括硅胶管模块,该硅胶管模块包括硅胶管、夹子、底板,在底板上设置夹子,该夹子夹住硅胶管。 
在硅胶管上练习体内打结、结扎操作。 
所述的训练项目模块包括海绵硅胶管模块,该海绵硅胶管模块包括方块海绵体,在海绵体上固定有裸色硅胶管和红色模拟血管。 
在海绵硅胶管上练习打结、结扎止血操作。 
所述的训练项目模块包括海绵布模块,该海绵布模块包括裂口海绵布。 
在海绵布上练习缝合打结。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:用于模拟环境下的腹腔镜手术技能训练,也可加载真实的腹腔镜进行训练,包括手眼协调能力训练、镜像操作训练、触觉感知训练、夹持物体训练、移动物体训练、3D空间操作训练、缝合打结技能训练、结扎止血术训练、剥离术训练、摘除术训练等,并能在此基础上拓展训练项目,达到腹腔镜手术技能的全面训练。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示: 
一种基础腹腔镜模拟器,它包括有操作盒1、训练项目模块4、模拟腹部、摄像头2、LED灯3、液晶电视6和支架8;所述的操作盒1的底部为封闭硬体,上面放置活动底板11,该活动底板11上放置训练项目模块4,训练项目模块通过魔术贴固定于活动底板11上;所述操作盒1的左右壁为开有槽孔12的硬体,槽孔12用于调节活动底板的空间布局;所述操作盒1的前壁为倒梯形空缺硬体,空缺部是置换盒内训练项目模块的通道;所述操作盒的后壁为倒梯形空缺硬体;所述操作盒1的上部为硬边包绕的弧形软体,该弧形软体为模拟腹部,手术器械7由模拟腹部区域进入操作盒1内,在其弧形硬包边的前内侧装有摄像头2,摄像头2通过视频线5接于液晶电视6,在其弧形硬包边的左、右及后内侧装有三排LED灯3。 
本模拟器放置在任意平稳的台面上进行工作,所述的液晶电视6通过支架8固定在台面上,根据需要,通过支架臂9调整液晶电视6的高低远近;训练项目模块箱放置在台面上供训练项目模块4置换用。 
参见图2所示:所述的训练项目模块包括钉板模块401,该钉板模块401包括底板,在底板上设有柱板407,在该柱板上排列有柱子402,在底板上设有立柱404,在柱上设有弯丝405,还包括有可套在柱子上的环柱411,可穿过弯丝405的小环406。 
钉板模块用于协调技能训练:使用手术器械7把环柱403夹起并放置到指定的柱子402上,把环柱403夹起,在柱板407上转移,把环柱403在柱子402 上垂直罗列;夹起小环406,穿过弯丝405,不得让小环碰触弯丝405。 
参见图3所示:所述的训练项目模块包括2D到3D模块,该2D到3D模块包括底板410,在底板上按3×3排布着环柱411,每个环柱自上而下设有3个小环。 
使用手术器械7夹起直杆412进行平面穿环或夹起直杆413进行立体空间穿环操作。 
参见图4所示:所述的训练项目模块包括插管模块,该插管模块包括底板420、两个支柱421、管体422、清洗刷423,该两个支柱421连接在底板420上,两个支柱421的上端套接有管体422,该清洗刷423插在管体422内。 
用插管模块模拟训练输卵管清洗操作;用插管模块模拟训练直管插管操作。 
参见图5所示:所述的训练项目模块还包括硅胶管模块,该硅胶管模块包括硅胶管512、夹子511、底板510,在底板510上设置夹子511,该夹子511夹住硅胶管512。 
在硅胶管512上练习体内打结、结扎操作。 
参见图6所示:所述的训练项目还模块包括海绵硅胶管模块,该海绵硅胶管模块包括方块海绵体610,在海绵体610上固定有裸色硅胶管611和红色模拟血管。 
在海绵硅胶管上练习打结、结扎止血操作。 
参见图7所示:所述的训练项目模块还包括海绵布模块,该海绵布模块包括裂口海绵布710。 
在海绵布710上练习缝合线711打结。 
本实用新型的手术器械7可以是模拟腹腔镜,也可以是真实的腹腔镜。 
训练项目包括:初级缝合和打结技能,在打结柱10上:打路德结;橡胶管512:绕导管打路德结,将路德结从导管处分离;血管海绵体硅胶管611:体外结:a)路德结b)手打的方结;海绵体硅胶管:吻合器;体外结:a)路德结b)手打的方结;打半结;体内打结;吻合器;体内打结。 
高级缝合和打结技能,硅胶管:吻合器或贯穿针;体内打结;海绵布:连续缝合;半结;使用自动缝合器进行直行针法操作;安全针;轮结。 
硅胶管611:夹子的应用;泡沫订书机:缝合器的应用;橘子解剖:钝性解剖和锐性解剖;葡萄解剖:精细解剖;粉碎肉:组织粉碎和重组;摘除气球:肿瘤处理和摘除。

Claims (7)

1.一种基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:它包括有操作盒、训练项目模块、模拟腹部、摄像头、LED灯、液晶电视和支架;所述的操作盒的底部为封闭硬体,上面放置活动底板,该活动底板上放置训练项目模块,训练项目模块通过魔术贴固定于活动底板上;所述操作盒的左右壁为开有槽孔的硬体,槽孔用于调节活动底板的空间布局;所述操作盒的前壁为倒梯形空缺硬体,空缺部是置换盒内训练项目模块的通道;所述操作盒的后壁为倒梯形空缺硬体;所述操作盒的上部为硬边包绕的弧形软体,该弧形软体为模拟腹部,手术器械由模拟腹部区域进入操作盒内,在其弧形硬包边的前内侧装有摄像头,摄像头通过视频线接于液晶电视,在其弧形硬包边的左、右及后内侧装有三排LED灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:所述的训练项目模块包括钉板模块,该钉板模块包括底板,在底板上设有柱板,在该柱板上排列有柱子,在底板上设有立柱,在柱上设有弯丝,还包括有可套在柱子上的环柱,可穿过弯丝的小环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:所述的训练项目模块包括2D到3D模块,该2D到3D模块包括底板,在底板上按3×3排布着环柱,每个环柱自上而下设有3个小环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:所述的训练项目模块包括插管模块,该插管模块包括底板、两个支柱、管体、清洗刷,该两个支柱连接在底板上,两个支柱的上端套接有管体,该清洗刷插在管体内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:所述的训练项目模块包括硅胶管模块,该硅胶管模块包括硅胶管、夹子、底板,在底板上设置夹子,该夹子夹住硅胶管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:所述的训练项目模块包括海绵硅胶管模块,该海绵硅胶管模块包括方块海绵体,在海绵体上固定有裸色硅胶管和红色模拟血管。
7.根据权利要求1所述的基础腹腔镜模拟器,其特征在于:所述的训练项目模块包括海绵布模块,该海绵布模块包括裂口海绵布,在海绵布上练习缝合线打结。
