本实用新型属于一种使用配套墨水(油墨、墨粉)书写或绘图、喷图(字)的纸制品,具体涉及一种不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜与纸制造的可反复擦写的纸制品。其结构包括一层纸质基层,在纸质基层的正反两面均有一层能够粘合在纸质基层上的不渗水、可在3-10年内自然降解的印刷品用化学膜。由于覆上了此种不渗水的化学膜,在此化学膜上使用配套的墨水(油墨、墨粉)书写或绘图、喷图(字)的内容,可以用含水的工具(毛巾等)轻易的擦拭干净,不但能够随意的修改所记录的内容,还可以在3-10年内重复使用,既增强了实用性,又节省了大量的原材料浪费。

本实用新型属于一种使用配套墨水(油墨、墨粉)书写或绘图、喷图(字)的纸制品,具体涉及一种不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜与纸制造的可擦写的纸制品。
背景技术
目前市场上的各种可擦写的纸制品,所使用的膜,都是不能自然降解或很难降解的化学膜,尽管能在节约纸张上起到节约、节能的作用,但回收处理难度大,还存在一定的环境污染问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可回收的可擦写纸制品。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种可反复擦写的纸制品,包括一纸质基层,在纸质基层的正反两面均有一层粘合在纸质基层上的不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜。
如上所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其中,所述的化学膜为不渗水、可在3-10年内自然降解的印刷品用化学膜。
如上所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其中,所述的纸质基层为使用胶版纸、铜版纸、牛皮纸、卡纸等印刷好内容的半成品或没有印刷的原纸。
如上所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其中,所述的化学膜的厚度为15-150微米(μm)。
由于本实用新型纸制品在纸质基层的正反两面分别粘合了一层不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜,在此化学膜上使用配套的墨水(油墨、墨粉)书写的内容可以用含水的工具(如毛巾等)轻易的擦拭干净;而且由于纸张是双面覆膜,正反面的张力相同,长期使用不易变形,不易损坏。这种纸制品在使用配套的墨水(油墨、墨粉)后,不但能够随意修改所记录的内容,还可以在3-10年内反复使用,增强了纸制品的实用性,节省了大量资源,减少了浪费。另外,因纸质基层上使用的是可自然降解的化学膜,化学膜降解完后,还能够轻松回收再利用。

具体实施方式
一种可反复擦写的纸制品,包括一纸质基层1,在纸质基层1的正反两面均有一层粘合在纸质基层1上的不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜2。该化学膜是通过滚压加热的形式牢固的粘在纸质基层1上。该化学膜的厚度为15-150微米(μm),如15、18、25、28、35、150微米(μm)等均可以选用,本实施示例选择的降解化学膜的厚度为35微米(μm)。由于在纸质基层上粘合了此化学膜,通过配套的墨水(油墨、墨粉)使用后,如需修改或更新内容时,只要用含水的工具(毛巾等)轻轻擦拭,便可将原有的墨迹清除,不留任何墨迹,环保节约,使用方便。而且,同一纸制品,可以在3-10年时间里,反复使用数百次,能节约大量的造纸材料、能源与水,另外,因其使用的是可自然降解的化学膜,纸质基层上的化学膜降解完后,很容易回收再利用。
这种可擦写的纸制品,实用性很强,不但能制作成各种儿童用画册、学生用字帖、稿本、练习本、单词(短句等)默写本、部分教材等产品,还能制作成各种广告纸、价签等产品。

1.一种可反复擦写的纸制品,包括一纸质基层(1),其特征在于:在纸质基层(1)的正反两面均有一层粘合在纸质基层(1)上的不渗水、可自然降解的印刷品用化学膜(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其特征在于:所述的纸质基层(1)为使用胶版纸、铜版纸、牛皮纸、卡纸等印刷好内容的半成品或没有印刷的原纸。
3.如权利要求1所述的可反复擦写的纸制品,其特征在于:所述的化学膜(2)为不渗水、可在3-10年自然降解的印刷品用化学膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的可反复擦写的纸制品。其特征在于:所述的化学膜(2)的厚度为15-150微米(μm)。
