本实用新型涉及一种火线和零线的检测电路,特别是一种用于用电安全的火线和零线的检测电路。
背景技术
目前,很多领域用到的电网接线都采用人工识别火线和零线,接入电网的设备自身不能对电网进行检测。而人工的操作方式容易造成错误,从而引发安全事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种火线和零线的检测电路。它可以使接入电网的用电设备实现自动检测火线和零线的功能以实现正确的接线,而且结构简单、安全、可靠。
本实用新型的技术方案:
一种火线和零线的检测电路,其特点是:包括三极管型光耦合器,三极管型光耦合器的输入端设有与三极管型光耦合器内的发光二极管反向并联的二极管,二极管的负极接地后与正极端一通接入电网的火线和零线。
前述的火线和零线的检测电路中,所述二极管的负极接地后接入电网时还串联有第一电阻和第一电容;二极管的正极接入电网时还串联有第二电阻和第二电容。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型通过三极管型光耦合器进行光电隔离,使零线和火线的检测更加安全可靠,而且根据三极管型光耦合器不同的输出情况即可判断区分火线和零线,而且三极管型光耦合器的弱电输出可便于接入用电设备,使用电设备实现自动检测接线是否正确的功能。本实用新型的整个电路仅采用少数元件,结构及其简单。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本实用新型限制的依据。
实施例。
一种火线和零线的检测电路,如图1所示:包括三极管型光耦合器U1,三极管型光耦合器U1的输入端设有与三极管型光耦合器U1内的发光二极管反向并联的二极管D1,二极管D1的负极接地后与正极端一通接入电网的火线L和零线N。所述二极管D1的负极接地后接入电网时还串联有第一电阻R2和第一电容C1;二极管D1的正极接入电网时还串联有第二电阻R1和第二电容C2。三极管型光耦合器U1中的光敏三极管上连接电阻R3和电源Vcc。三极管型光耦合器U1的输出端OUTPUT可连接至用电设备。当火线和零线被正确连接时,输入端的电流随着电网电压呈正弦变化,三极管型光耦合器U1内部的发光二极管驱动电流也随之变化。同时输出端的光敏三极管的感应电流也随着变化。选取适合的电路参数,让光耦器件工作于开关状态,使输出端输出与电网频率一致的脉冲波形。当火线和零线接反时,由于U1输入端没有驱动电流,输出端输出高电平。

1.一种火线和零线的检测电路,其特征在于:包括三极管型光耦合器(U1),三极管型光耦合器(U1)的输入端设有与三极管型光耦合器(U1)内的发光二极管反向并联的二极管(D1),二极管(D1)的负极接地后与正极端一通接入电网的火线(L)和零线(N)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火线和零线的检测电路,其特征在于:所述二极管(D1)的负极接地后接入电网时还串联有第一电阻(R2)和第一电容(C1);二极管(D1)的正极接入电网时还串联有第二电阻(R1)和第二电容(C2)。
