本实用新型涉及一种立式磨，特别是立式磨磨料喷水装置。
背景技术
立式磨采用料床粉磨原理粉磨磨料，具有粉磨效率高、电耗低、烘干能力大、允许入磨磨料粒度大、粉磨工艺流程简单、占地面积小、土建费用低、噪音低、磨损小、寿命长、操作容易等优点。近几年来，立式磨发展迅速，在水泥、钢铁等行业被广泛推广应用。
由于进入立式磨的磨料经过反复碾压后，磨盘和磨辊之间的磨料呈粉末状态，干燥的粉末状磨料无法在磨盘和磨辊之间形成一个稳定的料垫，从而导致立式磨振动增加。为了减轻立式磨在运转时产生的振动，厚度均匀、强度稳定的料层是关键因素。通过向立式磨内的料层上喷水，由水分子的表面张力使得粉状磨料暂时粘结，从而保证磨盘与磨辊之间形成厚度均匀、强度稳定的料垫，减少立式磨的振动。目前立式磨加水的装置只往磨盘上的一点或者几点进行单点加水，单点的加水方式存在着加水不均匀、用水量过大等缺点。加水不均匀直接导致了料垫的不均匀，引起立式磨的振动增大，对立式磨本身，电机，减速机等设备损耗加剧。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供一种立式磨磨料喷水装置，它结构简单，能明显降低立式磨运转过程中的振动。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：环形的水管上方密封固定进水管，下方密封均匀固定多个出水管，每个出水管的末端固定喷头。
本实用新型加水更均匀，由于喷水在磨料进入磨盘之前已经完成，磨料有充分的时间吸收水分，所以当磨料进入磨辊碾压时，会产生厚度稳定的料垫，明显降低立式磨运转过程中的振动。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，环形水管3上方密封固定进水管1，下方密封均匀固定多个出水管2，每个出水管2的末端固定喷头4。
所述环形水管3的环形内径比立式磨下料筒5的外径稍大。
如图3所示，将本实用新型固定在立式磨的下料筒5上。

1.一种立式磨磨料喷水装置，其特征在于：环形水管(3)上方密封固定进水管(1)，下方密封均匀固定多个出水管(2)，每个出水管(2)的末端固定喷头(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式磨磨料喷水装置，其特征在于：所述环形水管(3)的环形内径比立式磨下料筒(5)的外径稍大。
