本实用新型涉及一种高效干油润滑泵。
背景技术
机械设备都需要经常润滑,电动润滑泵是一种最常用的润滑设备。电动润滑泵的出现让机械的润滑工作变的更加的方便快捷。但是,现有的电动润滑泵结构复杂、体积大,成本高,不利于推广使用。因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:针对上述不足提供一种结构简单、维修方便、体积小、使用寿命久的高效干油润滑泵。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:高效干油润滑泵,包括箱体、电机及压力表,所述箱体的一侧设有端盖,所述端盖上设有出油口接头,所述电机设于箱体的外部,所述箱体的内部设有柱塞和泵体,所述泵体上设有单向阀和溢流阀,所述单向阀的一侧设有闷头,所述电机的轴通过联轴节与设于箱体内部的曲轴连接,所述曲轴与连杆连接,所述连杆与柱塞连接,所述连杆的端部通过轴承固定于盖Ⅰ上。
本实用新型高效干油润滑泵,在工作时,电机带动连杆和柱塞运动,润滑油由泵体吸油口进入,经单向阀和压力表到出油口接头。若压力表所示超压,溢流阀可以自动调定压力,保证润滑泵正常工作。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,维修方便,无噪声,流量大,体积小,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型高效干油润滑泵,包括箱体1、电机2及压力表3,箱体1的一侧设有端盖4,端盖4上设有出油口接头5,电机2设于箱体1的外部,箱体1的内部设有柱塞6和泵体7,泵体7上设有单向阀8和溢流阀9,单向阀8的一侧设有闷头10,电机2的轴通过联轴节11与设于箱体内部的曲轴12连接,曲轴12与连杆13连接,连杆13与柱塞6连接,连杆13的端部通过轴承14固定于盖Ⅰ 15上。
本实用新型高效干油润滑泵,在工作时,电机2带动连杆13和柱塞6运动,润滑油由泵体7吸油口进入,经单向阀8和压力表3到出油口接头5。若压力表3所示超压,溢流阀9可以自动调定压力,保证润滑泵正常工作。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单,维修方便,无噪声,流量大,体积小,使用寿命长。
