Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种采用整体式导电杆的套管单元,包括套管,在套管的两端分别设有底座法兰及顶端法兰,导杆穿设于套管内,接线板设于顶端法兰上,其特征在于:导杆的端部直接与顶端法兰固定连接。本实用新型的优点是:即简化了套管单元的零部件数量,又减少了分段对接的对接面的镀银成本和多段连接的时间和风险性,避免了运输运行时螺栓的松动,提高了可靠性。

一种采用整体式导电杆的套管单元
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于高压气体绝缘金属封闭式开关设备(简称GIS)中的导电杆。 
背景技术
随着GIS技术的不断发展和技术更新,越来越多的开关厂家不仅关注产品的性能和装配质量,更注重产品的整体性,模块化的生产、加工及装配,以及尽可能地减少零部件数量,进而即达到了降本节支的目的,又简化了结构,增加可靠性。 
由于GIS的套管单元中的导电杆比较长,所用的套管单元多是采用多段连接,其结构通常如图1所示,包括套管3,在套管3的两端分别设有底座法兰1及顶端法兰8,在底座法兰1及顶端法兰8上分别设有第一连接螺钉2及第二连接螺钉7,导杆4穿设于套管3内,导杆4的端部通过螺钉5与连接接头6相连,连接接头6再连接顶端法兰8,接线板9设于顶端法兰8上。这种结构即增加了连接环节,又给运输及运行中增加了质量隐患,而在现场安装时也经常遇到连接导杆4的螺钉5松动而拆开套管单元重新安装的情况。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种简化结构其提高可靠性的套管单元。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是提供了一种采用整体式导电杆的套管单元,包括套管,在套管的两端分别设有底座法兰及顶端法兰,导杆穿设于套管内,接线板设于顶端法兰上,其特征在于:导杆的端部直接与顶端法兰固定连接。 
优选地,在所述底座法兰及所述顶端法兰上分别设有第一连接螺钉及第二连接螺钉。 
本实用新型通过现在成熟的焊接技术来取代以前多段导体用螺栓连接的方式来实现结构的简化,复杂不易操作的螺栓对接为整体焊接。 
本实用新型的优点是:即简化了套管单元的零部件数量,又减少了分段对接的对接面的镀银成本和多段连接的时间和风险性,避免了运输运行时螺栓的松动,提高了可靠性。

为使本实用新型更明显易懂,兹以一优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。 
如图2所示,本实用新型提供的一种采用整体式导电杆的套管单元,包括套管3,在套管3的两端分别设有底座法兰1及顶端法兰8,在底座法兰1及顶端法兰8上分别设有第一连接螺钉2及第二连接螺钉7,导杆4穿设于套管3内,接线板9设于顶端法兰8上,导杆4的端部直接与顶端法兰8固定连接。 
本实用新型将导杆4直接与顶端法兰8对中后进行焊接,使导杆4与顶端法兰8成为一体,这样即简化了结构,又增加了稳定性。

1.一种采用整体式导电杆的套管单元,包括套管(3),在套管(3)的两端分别设有底座法兰(1)及顶端法兰(8),导杆(4)穿设于套管(3)内,接线板(9)设于顶端法兰(8)上,其特征在于:导杆(4)的端部直接与顶端法兰(8)固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种采用整体式导电杆的套管单元,其特征在于:在所述底座法兰(1)及所述顶端法兰(8)上分别设有第一连接螺钉(2)及第二连接螺钉(7)。
