背景技术
传统的负压风筒可能会因为端环大小不一致而导致风筒内径不一致,使得风筒的风阻过大,且漏风率高。
现在用于矿山的负压风筒可分为硬质定型风筒和可伸缩风筒两大类。硬质风筒连接工艺复杂,不能灵活布置,且占据空间大。可伸缩风筒的风阻大,耐负压能力低,寿命短,对维护有严格的要求。

本实用新型的目的即在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种负压风筒,它具有风阻小,稳定性高,漏风率低,寿命长和可灵活布置的优点。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种负压风筒,它包括由阻燃抗静电塑料涂覆布组成的筒体,筒体设置于螺旋钢丝上,筒体的外壁上均匀设置有多个压条和吊环,筒体的端部设置有端环,筒体的端部接头处设置有反边布,反边布覆盖接头处。
螺旋钢丝的节距为100~150mm,所述的吊环的间距为600mm,所述的筒体的外径为300~1000mm,筒体的长度为1000mm。
本实用新型的优点在于:风筒的内径一致,风阻小;采用螺旋钢丝作为骨架,可伸缩和灵活布置,由于螺旋钢丝具有弹性,稳定性高,寿命长;筒体的端部接头处设置有反边布,反边布覆盖接头处,使得风筒连接时漏风率低。
