背景技术:
如图1所示,现有弹珠锁锁芯的锁芯壳101上成型有弹珠孔102,锁芯塞103安装在锁芯壳101中,其不足之处是:弹珠孔102中的弹珠与锁芯塞103平面或球面接触,这样的锁芯有时用钢片或铁丝便可捅开,同时互开率高,所以它的防揭、防挑、防撬性能较差。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种磁性子母套叠式结构锁芯,它提高了防盗锁的防撬的性能。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下:
磁性子母套叠式结构锁芯,包括锁芯壳、锁芯塞,锁芯塞安装在锁芯壳中,锁芯壳的弹珠孔内安装有弹簧和弹珠,弹珠由壳外珠、壳内珠、塞外珠、塞内珠和珠内弹簧组成,壳内珠插套在壳外珠中,塞内珠插套在塞外珠中,珠内弹簧一端作用力于壳外珠、另一端作用力于壳内珠,壳内珠为磁性材料制做,壳内珠压着塞内珠,壳外珠压着塞外珠,弹簧一端作用力于弹珠的壳外珠、另一端作用力于锁芯壳。
所述珠内弹簧一端作用力于壳外珠的上部、另一端作用力于壳内珠的台阶上。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:(1)、由于磁力的作用,使塞珠与壳珠连为一体,使锁芯塞无法脱离锁芯壳转动,提高了防撬的性能。(2)、它普及推广使用容易,将本实用新型的弹珠换到现有的弹子锁上替换现有弹子锁的弹珠即为本实用新型,由于只是更换了弹珠,所以客户容易接受,易于普及推广使用。(3)、它改良传统弹珠防盗性能上的不足,采用壳内珠和塞内珠之间通过磁性相吸连接为一体,把壳珠和塞珠在上锁状态下的脱离状态变成为连体状态提高防技术开启的性能,

实施例:见图2、3所示,磁性子母套叠式结构锁芯,包括锁芯壳1、锁芯塞2,锁芯塞2安装在锁芯壳1中,锁芯壳1的弹珠孔11内安装有弹簧3和弹珠4,弹珠4由壳外珠41、壳内珠42、塞外珠43、塞内珠44和珠内弹簧45组成,壳内珠42插套在壳外珠41中,塞内珠44插套在塞外珠43中,珠内弹簧45一端作用力于壳外珠41、另一端作用力于壳内珠42,壳内珠42为磁性材料制做,壳内珠42压着塞内珠44,壳外珠41压着塞外珠43,弹簧3一端作用力于弹珠4的壳外珠41、另一端作用力于锁芯壳1。
所述珠内弹簧45一端作用力于壳外珠41的上部、另一端作用力于壳内珠42的台阶42a上。
工作原理:锁芯由锁芯塞2和锁芯壳1构成。锁芯塞2中的塞珠和壳珠都采用子母套叠式结构,壳珠的内珠采用具有永久性的磁性珠,与之相对应的塞珠采用钢质材料制成。由于磁性的作用,塞内珠44和壳内珠42由于磁力的作用连为一体不易拆开,由于珠内弹簧45的作用力,使长短不一的壳外珠41、壳内珠42、塞外珠43和塞内珠44呈交错状态作用力于锁芯塞2,使锁芯塞2无法转动,从而达到上锁的目的。

1.磁性子母套叠式结构锁芯,包括锁芯壳(1)、锁芯塞(2),锁芯塞(2)安装在锁芯壳(1)中,锁芯壳(1)的弹珠孔(11)内安装有弹簧(3)和弹珠(4),其特征在于:弹珠(4)由壳外珠(41)、壳内珠(42)、塞外珠(43)、塞内珠(44)和珠内弹簧(45)组成,壳内珠(42)插套在壳外珠(41)中,塞内珠(44)插套在塞外珠(43)中,珠内弹簧(45)一端作用力于壳外珠(41)、另一端作用力于壳内珠(42),壳内珠(42)为磁性材料制做,壳内珠(42)压着塞内珠(44),壳外珠(41)压着塞外珠(43),弹簧(3)一端作用力于弹珠(4)的壳外珠(41)、另一端作用力于锁芯壳(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性子母套叠式结构锁芯,其特征在于:珠内弹簧(45)一端作用力于壳外珠(41)的上部、另一端作用力于壳内珠(42)的台阶(42a)上。
