背景技术
目前，现有的装饰板采用的PVC材料，一般直接固定在木质基层上。使用时，裸露于空气中的装饰板容易发生氧化、褪色的现象，且极易被刮伤和磨损，同时也难以给人以立体的美感，尤其是在户外高温情况下，不耐高温，造成整个装饰板的损坏，缩短了其使用年限。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术所存在的上述缺陷，提供一种具有立体美感，且能延长使用年限的高分子UV装饰板。
本实用新型的目的通过如下技术方案实现：一种高分子UV装饰板，其特征在于：它包括免漆板、复合于免漆板上的UV涂料。
较之现有技术而言，本实用新型的优点在于：在免漆板上涂上UV涂料后再经过光固化定形，可以形成具有立体美感的高分子UV装饰板，且不易褪色，耐刮耐磨，在户外使用时也不易褪色，耐高温。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图和实施例对本实用新型内容进行详细说明：
实施例1：
如图1所示，本实用新型包括免漆板、复合于免漆板上的UV涂料3。
所述的免漆板包括高分子挤出板1、固设于高分子挤出板1上的塑料膜2。
所述塑料膜2通过热融合与高分子挤出板1的板面连接成一体。高分子挤出板1与塑料膜2通过热融合连接成一体后，再在塑料膜2上表面上涂上UV涂料3，涂上UV涂料3后的免漆板再经过紫外线光固化定形，形成高分子UV装饰板。这种涂上UV涂料3后再经过紫外线光固化的高分子UV装饰板不易氧化、退色，且耐高温耐磨，很大程度上延长了装饰板使用的年限。高分子UV装饰板至上而下的结构分别为UV涂料3、塑料膜2、高分子挤出板1。
实施例2：
如图2所示，本实用新型包括免漆板、复合于免漆板上的UV涂料3。
在所述高分子挤出板1的正面和背面上均设有塑料膜2及UV涂料3。所述塑料膜2通过热融合与高分子挤出板1的板面连接成一体后，再与其表面上涂上UV涂料3，然后经过紫外线光固化定形，形成两面都复合有UV涂料3的高分子UV装饰板，使得高分子UV装饰板在UV涂料3的保护下，更加立体、美观，且耐高温，适宜户外使用。
本实用新型在所述的塑料膜2上设有各种各样的图案及色彩。
所述塑料膜2为PVC膜。
所述UV涂料3为无色透明光固化涂料。

4.根据权利要求3所述的高分子UV装饰板，其特征在于：所述塑料膜(2)为PVC膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高分子UV装饰板，其特征在于：所述UV涂料(3)为无色透明光固化涂料。
