本发明涉及一种LED制程中的设备。
背景技术
现有技术中，甩干花篮用于硅片清洗后的脱水甩干。参见附图1与附图2所示，现在使用的甩干花篮仅在卡片处有卡槽开口，但在旋转式甩干时，经常会因为花篮底部区域（图中A处）存水而出现甩干不净的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的为解决现有技术中存在的底部区域积水的问题。
为了达到上述技术目的，本发明提供了一种高效甩干花篮，包括一体成型的底座、顶沿以及并行排列于所述的底座与顶沿之间的多个安装位，各个所述的安装位分别在竖直面内延伸，各个所述的安装位的底部沿水平方向贯穿所述的底座形成有出水孔。
作为进一步的改进，所述的出水孔的横截面呈三角形。
由于采用上述技术方案，本发明通过在花篮底部开小口，使旋转甩干过程中，积累到花篮下部区域的水更易排出，从而提高甩干的效率。

由于采用上述技术方案，本发明通过在花篮底部开小口，使旋转甩干过程中，积累到花篮下部区域的水更易排出，从而提高甩干的效率。
