本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该儿童椅车包括椅座和罩棚；该儿童椅车设有一个倒L形状的椅座，椅座的侧面设有横跨椅座可以遮挡风雨的罩棚，椅座的前部向下设有两根支腿，椅座的后面与旅行箱的拉杆吻合匹配固定或分合，椅座能平放在旅行箱上的支撑板上。外出旅行携带孩童时，只需将椅座固定在旅行箱上，不使用时，将椅座从旅行箱上卸下即可。
