下面结合具体实施方式并对照附图对本实用新型进行说明。
一种如图1、2所示的玻璃钢管道固化装置,包括立式支架4,以及分别连接在立式支架4上的挡罩1、固化灯反射罩2、红外线加热固化灯管3和滚动轮5。红外线加热固化灯管3用于提供辐射固化玻璃钢管道的热能,挡罩1、固化灯反射罩2用于集中红外线加热固化灯管3辐射的热能,滚动轮5用于将固化装置导向滑动至置有玻璃钢管道的自转式固化站旁边。
挡罩1为一边开口的箱体结构,固定于立式支架4的顶端;
红外线加热固化灯管3安装在固化灯反射罩2内;
固化灯反射罩2固定在立式支架4顶端的挡罩1内;
滚动轮5安装在立式支架4的下方,便于移动。
本具体实施方式的工作过程如下:
1)用行车起吊玻璃钢管道运送其至自转式固化站;
2)将玻璃钢管道固化装置导向滑动至自转式固化站旁边;
3)接通自转式固化站和玻璃钢管道固化装置电源,玻璃钢管道自动旋转均匀吸收红外线加热固化灯管产生的热能;
4)玻璃钢管道固化完成后,切断固化装置和自转式固化站的电源;
5)用行车起吊玻璃钢管道运送其进入脱模工序。

所述固化灯反射罩固定在所述立式支架顶端的挡罩内;
所述滚动轮安装在立式支架的下方。
