本实用新型涉及一种与呼吸时相同步的雾化装置。其特征在于：氧气驱动雾化装置的出口与一个‘T’形管道连接，雾化装置与‘T’形管道的第一个开口连接处有一个仅向管道方向开放的单向活瓣；‘T’形管道的第二个开口与口件连接，作为患者呼吸的出入口；‘T’形管道的第三个开口处连接有一个仅向外面开放的单向活瓣。这样，当患者通过口件吸气时，第一个开口连接处的单向活瓣开放，雾化气体就沿着‘T’形管道被吸入患者的气道内；当患者通过口件呼气时，第一个开口连接处的单向活瓣关闭，而第三个开口连接处的单向活瓣开放，呼出的气体经此开口外排。

技术领域：
本专利涉及一种能保证仅于吸气相有雾化气体排出的雾化装置。
背景技术：
雾化吸入疗法是呼吸道疾病首选的治疗方法。目前主要的雾化方式有超声雾化、氧气驱动雾化、空气压缩雾化。其中氧气驱动雾化是临床最常见的。氧气驱动所产生的雾化气体须经呼吸吸入气道内才能起作用，人体的呼吸包括两部分，即吸气和呼气，两者的时相比为：吸气∶呼气＝1∶1.5～2.5，只有吸气相才能将雾化气体吸入气道内；而目前氧气驱动的雾化装置均是持续雾化的，这样会浪费60～70％的雾化气体，也就是说有60～70％的氧气和药物被浪费掉。 
实用新型内容：
为了实现：能保证吸气相雾化气体排出、呼气相没有雾化气体排出，本发明专利提供：一种与呼吸时相同步的雾化装置，其特征在于： 
在氧气驱动雾化装置(1)的出口与一个‘T’形管道(9)连接，氧气驱动雾化装置(1)与‘T’形管道(9)连接处有一个仅向管道方向开放的单向活瓣(7)；‘T’形管道的第二个开口(10)与口件(11)连接，作为患者呼吸的出入口；‘T’形管道的第三个开口处连接有一个仅向外面开放的单向活瓣(8)，作为呼气的排气口。这样，当患者通过口件吸气时，第三个开口单向活瓣(8)关闭，‘T’形管道内产生负压，第一个开口单向活瓣(7)开放，这样雾化气体就沿着‘T’ 形管道被吸入患者的气道内；当患者通过口件呼气时，‘T’形管道内压力升高，第一个开口单向活瓣(7)关闭，雾化气体不再输出，而第三个开口单向活瓣(8)开放，呼出的气体经此开口外排。这样，保证吸气相能吸入氧气驱动雾化产生的雾化气体、呼气相没有雾化气体排出，避免了氧气和雾化药物的浪费。

具体实施方式：
实施例一： 
见附图，氧气驱动雾化装置(1)由雾化杯(5)、储药池(2)、虹吸管(3)、氧气进气口(4)、雾化喷嘴(6)和单向活瓣(7)组成；高压氧气通过进气口(4)在雾化喷嘴流出时，其气流周围产生负压，该负压通过虹吸管(3)将储药池(2)的液体吸出，并随高压氧气喷出，产生雾化气体，该雾化气体通过单向活瓣(7)排出，供患者吸入。 
实施例二： 
患者通过口件(11)在‘T’形管道的第二个开口(10)吸气时，‘T’形管道内产生负压，其第三个开口连接处单向活瓣(8)关闭，第一个开口连接处单向活瓣(7)开放，这样雾化气体就沿着‘T’形管道被吸入患者的气道内；当患者通过口件呼气时，‘T’形管道内压力升高，第一个开口连接处的单向活瓣(7)关闭，雾化气体不再输出，而第三个开口连接处的单向活瓣(8)开放，呼出的气体经此开口外排。这样，保证吸气相能吸入氧气驱动雾化产生的雾化气体、呼气相没有雾化气体排出，避免了氧气和雾化药物的浪费。 

Claims (3)

1.一种与呼吸时相同步的雾化装置，其特征在于：在氧气驱动雾化装置(1)的出口与一个‘T’形管道(9)连接，‘T’形管道的第二个开口(10)与口件(11)连接，作为患者呼吸的出入口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种与呼吸时相同步的雾化装置，其特征在于：氧气驱动雾化装置(1)与‘T’形管道(9)连接处有一个仅向管道方向开放的单向活瓣(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种与呼吸时相同步的雾化装置，其特征在于：‘T’形管道的第三个开口处连接有一个仅向外面开放的单向活瓣(8)，作为呼气的排气口。
