技术领域
本实用新型涉及电机领域,尤其是一种应用于电机的串联式飞轮储能装置。 
背景技术
飞轮储能是飞轮与高速变频电机串联结构设计,是飞轮储能飞轮与电机一体,现有采用将嵌有绕组的定子压装在电机壳体内,将转子安装在电机转子内并固定非轴伸端,在将飞轮安装在电机轴上,然后将飞轮腔体与电机一起固定,最后将引出的电源线通电即可运行。存在着储能效率低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用具有空腔体的飞轮储能装置,两个串联的飞轮储能装置与高速变频电机之间用联轴器连接的串联式飞轮储能装置。 
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括高速变频电机、联轴器A、飞轮储能装置A、联轴器B、飞轮储能装置B、台板,其高速变频电机的轴伸端主轴连接联轴器A一端,联轴器A另一端连接飞轮储能装置A转轴一端,飞轮储能装置A的转轴另一端连接联轴器B一端,联轴器B另一端连接飞轮储能装置B的转轴一端,固定螺栓分别穿过高速变频电机,飞轮储能装置A和飞轮谁能装置B的安装孔与台板孔内螺纹啮合。
本实用新型,飞轮储能装置A或飞轮储能装置B的连接螺栓穿过转轴的连接盘的孔与飞轮端孔内。转轴轴上套有飞轮,螺纹连接,转轴两端装有轴承,轴承装在飞轮罩的轴承孔内,飞轮与飞轮罩之间有空腔,飞轮罩罩外壁的转轴轴上装有动密封圈和联轴器一端。
本实用新型采用两个串联的飞轮储能装置,用联轴器与高速变频电机轴伸端的主轴连接结构,且全部固定在台板上具有提高飞轮转速,增加飞轮质量和储能容量,提高储能效率,确保储能设备安全运行等特点。

具体实施方案
如图1,其高速变频电机1的轴伸端主轴连接联轴A2一端,联轴器A2另一端连接飞轮储能装置A3的转轴8一端,飞轮储能装置A3的转轴另一端连接联轴器B4一端,联轴B4另一端连接飞轮储能装置B5的转轴一端,固定螺栓7分别穿过高速变频电机、飞轮储能装置A3和飞轮储能装置B5的安装孔与台板6孔内螺纹啮合。飞轮储能装置A3或飞轮储能装置B5的转轴轴上套有飞轮,连接螺栓穿过转轴的连接盘的孔与飞轮端面孔内螺纹连接,转轴两端装有轴承,轴承装在飞轮罩的轴承孔内,飞轮与飞轮罩之间有空腔室,飞轮罩罩外壁的转轴轴上装有动密封圈和联轴器一端。 
四象限变频器16的输电线连接高速变频电机1的输入输出端。利用四象变频器16对高速变频电机1驱动或发电。

1.一种串联式飞轮储能装置,包括高速变频电机(1)、联轴器A(2)、飞轮储能装置A(3)、联轴器B(4)、飞轮储能装置B(5)台板(6),其特征是高速变频电机(1)的轴伸端主轴连接联轴器A(2)一端,联轴器A(2)另一端连接飞轮储能装置A(3)转轴一端,飞轮储能装置A(3)的转轴另一端连接联轴器B(4)一端,联轴器B(4)另一端连接飞轮储能装置B(5)的转轴一端,固定螺栓(7)分别穿过高速变频电机(1)、飞轮储能装置A(3)和飞轮储能装置B(5)的安装孔与台板(6)孔内螺纹啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种串联式飞轮储能装置,其特征是飞轮储能装置A(3)或飞轮储能装置B(5)的转轴轴上套有飞轮,连接螺栓穿过转轴的连接盘的孔与飞轮端面孔内螺纹连接,转轴两端装有轴承,轴承装在飞轮罩的轴承孔内,飞轮与飞轮罩之间有空腔室飞轮罩罩外壁的转轴轴上装有动密封圈和联轴器一端。
