本发明涉及路灯照明工程,特别是一种具有多功能LED节能路灯。 
背景技术
目前,由于日常路灯照明消耗巨大的电能,为了节省用电,进一步延长路灯的使用寿命,特此研发一种具有多功能LED节能路灯。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是减少降低路灯电能消耗,节约用电,使路灯更好散热,进一步延长路灯使用寿命的技术问题。 
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术手段是: 
它的构造包括:路灯主体,LED路灯模组铝基板,用于固定LED光源透镜,给LED光源传输电能,起传导散热作用,LED路灯模组块由LED光源及LED路灯模组块上所设有上下左右前后全方位通风散热铝片组成,LED路灯模组块安装在LED路灯模组块安装活动槽中,上设有活动槽盖加以固定,在路灯的顶部设有防尘面板,在灯前下部设有LED路灯驱动电源电路元件及元件盒盖板,路灯尾部设有尾盒及盖板,路灯的安装插孔。本发明采用LED光源使路灯节省电能,在LED路灯模组块安装活动槽可进行自由调节伸缩,依路灯所需功率大小要求安装LED略灯模组块数量,固定在LED路灯模组块安装活动槽中,LED路灯模组块上所设有上下左右前后全方位通风散热铝片,利用新的加工工艺,增大了散热面积,能增快散热速 度,可取得很好快速散热的作用,降低光衰,而路灯顶部设有防尘面板,取到模组防尘作用,加强了对散热铝片很好的防尘保护作用,因而大大提高延长了路灯的使用寿命,它为路灯照明可节省大量的电能,对国家节能减排具有重要积极的意义。

具体实施方式
从图2多功能LED节能路灯的实物可以看出,根据路灯所需功率大小要求安装LED路灯模组块的片数,LED路灯模组块安装活动槽可进行自由调节伸缩,安装好所需LED路灯模组块数量后,用路灯的安装插孔***安装在路灯杆支架上,接通电路电源,整灯即安装完成。本发明的路灯采用了LED光源节省了大量电能,又由于LED路灯模组块上所设有上下左右前后全方位通风散热铝片,利用新的加工工艺,增大了散热面积,能增快散热速度,可取得很好快速散热的作用,降低光衰,而路灯顶部设有防尘面板,取到模组防尘作用,加强了散热铝片很好的防尘保护作用,大大提高路灯使用寿命,对国家节能具有重要积极的意义。

1.多功能LED节能路灯,其特征在于它的构造包括:路灯主体(1),LED路灯模组铝基板(2),用于固定LED光源透镜(12),给LED光源传输电能,起传导散热作用,LED路灯模组块(3)由LED光源及LED路灯模组块上所设有上下左右前后全方位通风散热铝片(5)组成,LED路灯模组块安装在LED路灯模组块安装活动槽(4)中,上设有活动槽盖(7)加以固定,在路灯的顶部设有防尘面板(6),在灯前下部设有LED路灯驱动电源电路元件(8)及元件盒盖板(9),路灯尾部设有尾盒及盖板(10),路灯的安装插孔(11)。
