本实用新型公开了一种免水转印花贴，包括上层模纸1和下层模纸，所述上层模纸和下层模纸之间直接设有带图案形状的胶水层。本实用新型通过把胶水层制作成精美的图案而不用制作带图案的底模，有效节省对底模的加工制作，而且，有效节省胶水、闪粉的用量，不需人们另外多涂胶水，而导致粘胶、渗漏胶水的现象，且人们可对胶水层自主添加闪粉或其他装饰物，有效提高印花贴的捷便、美观性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及胶水印花技术，详而言之涉及一种免水转印花贴，属于利用胶水涂印图案技术。 
背景技术
闪粉图案是一项流行已久的时常装饰艺术，无论应用在家居装饰或者人体上，都有着突显时尚的美感。 
尤其最受人们出席时装或晏会欢迎的胶水纹身图案，配合相应的闪粉装饰，有着画龙点睛之凸出的美态，而对于传统的胶水纹身，用者先把一张不干胶模版贴在皮肤上，该模版上有理想的图案穿孔，如花形图案、动物形图案等，然后在模版的图案上涂设胶水，再把模版撕去，皮肤上就会留有一个模版图案的胶水图，在胶水图上涂上各色闪粉，使闪粉被设有胶水的地方粘固，当清除其他多余的闪粉后，即可形成一个闪粉图案纹身，这是最惯常做法，并且流传至今的闪粉纹身的制作过程，但是，图案是依靠模版成型的，若要对模版作精细的制作，则需要一些精密仪器或人手的雕制，造成成本较高，因而造成商家采用的是较为节省成本的机器制作，目前的模版图案多是以模具冲切或者利用切割机切割而成，其不足之处在于图案的精细度不高，很多细少或花边图形不能清楚制造出来，引致制作出来的闪粉图案一般都是不精细的，集中以大图案形状为主。 
如何节省成本，又可制作出精细的精美图案，以延续闪粉纹身的夺目光彩，最理想的方法是从胶水为切入点进行改进。 
发明内容
本实用新型在于提供一种免水转印花贴，通过把胶水预定制作成理想的图案，只需直接粘贴在指定位置后，即可对该胶水图案涂上闪粉。 
因此，本实用新型包括上层模纸和下层模纸，其中上层模纸和下层模纸之间直接设有带图案形状的胶水层。 
所述上层模纸为离型保护纸。 
所述下层模纸为透明离型膜。 
所述上层模纸和下层模纸均是可在胶水层上可分离的纸层，使得两者具有可分离型特性，其中该上层模纸的离型强度高于下层模纸。 
所述胶水层是为具有附着性的不干胶。 
所述胶水层为着色胶水图案。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于：上层模纸和下层模纸之间设有带图案形状的胶水层，通过把胶水层制作成精美的图案而不用制作带图案的底模，有效节省对底模的加工制作，而且，有效节省胶水、闪粉的用量，不需人们另外多涂胶水，而导致粘胶、渗漏胶水的现象，且人们可对胶水层自主添加闪粉或其他装饰物（例如是水钻或装饰丝毛等），有效提高印花贴的捷便、美观性。

具体实施方式
结合附图并对本实用新型作详细描述，如图1所示，其包括上层模纸1和下层模纸2，其中上层模纸1和下层模纸2之间直接设有带图案形状的胶水层3，所述上层模纸1为离型保护纸，所述下层模纸2为透明离型膜，所述胶水层3是为具有附着性的不干胶或者是着色胶水图案。 
所述上层模纸1和下层模纸2均是可在胶水层3上可分离的纸层，即为离型纸，使得两者具有可分离型特性，其中该上层模纸1的离型强度高于下层模纸，所述离型的特性，是指相粘贴的两物体表面，能粘住胶水面料，但又易于使两者分离。 
本实用新型的使用步骤如下：先把下层模纸2去除，此时，上层模纸1会粘贴住带图案形状的胶水层3，然后把它贴有皮肤上，在上层模纸1的背面，即不带粘性的一面轻轻按压，使胶水层3与人体的皮肤或其他物质充分接触，并让胶水层转粘到被贴物上，然后撕去上层模纸1，使胶水层3与上层模纸1分离，胶水层3则暴露在被贴物的表面上，此时，再根据胶水层3的图案抹涂上理想的闪粉作装饰，即可完成，期间，使用者可自主在胶水层上添加各种闪粉或其他装饰物。 
期间，本实用新型所述的上层模纸1和下层模纸2在其他实施例中还可采用水转纸，纵然本实用新型是述说免水转印花贴，但采用本技术方案所述在上层模纸1和下层模纸2之间直接设有带图案形状的胶水层3，则也应作为本技术方案保护范围内的有效衍生，应作为本技术方案的等效实施例。 
上述具体实施例仅为本实用新型效果较佳的具体实施方式，根据本技术方案的上层模纸1和下层模纸2之间设有带图案的胶水层3，可合理衍生出多块，均应视为与本实用新型等同的技术方案，应属本专利的保护范围内。

1.一种免水转印花贴，包括上层模纸（1）和下层模纸（2），其特征在于：所述上层模纸（1）和下层模纸（2）之间直接设有胶水层（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免水转印花贴，其特征在于：所述上层模纸（1）为离型保护纸，所述下层模纸（2）为透明离型膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免水转印花贴，其特征在于：所述上层模纸（1）和下层模纸（2）均是可在胶水层（3）上可分离的纸层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的免水转印花贴，其特征在于：所述胶水层（3）是为具有附着性的不干胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的免水转印花贴，其特征在于：所述胶水层（3）为着色胶水图案。
