背景技术
结晶槽是一种常见的化工生产设备,结构,使用方式各种各样,各具特色。
在现有技术中,针对不同的生产物质使用着不同的结晶槽,它们的结构方式,冷却方式均具有较大的区别,因此这类技术存在着持续的创新,申请了国家专利的技术也很多,较难一一评价其优劣。
在氟硅酸铵生产中,本公司结合实际情况,在实践中不断进行技术创新,在风冷式的基础上又推出新的冷却方式,促使结晶槽的冷却效果更加合理高效可行。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的就是提供一种在氟硅酸铵生产中用鼓泡式冷却的结晶槽。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:鼓泡冷却结晶槽其结构为结晶槽1上装设有搅拌器2,其内安装有鼓泡管3,鼓泡管联接着高压风管4,再联接着风机5,在鼓泡管3上开设有均衡布置的气孔6。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过高压风、鼓泡管在结晶槽的内部产生鼓泡,使冷却面广,冷却面积大,促使冷却效果大大提高;鼓泡管易于安装和使用,清洗、维护简单易行,成本低。

实施例:鼓泡冷却结晶槽
具体结构为结晶槽1上装设有搅拌器2,其内安装有鼓泡管3,鼓泡管联接着高压风管4,再联接着风机5,在鼓泡管3上开设有均衡布置的气孔6。
风机产生高压冷却气流,通过鼓泡管在结晶槽内部产生冷却气泡,使结晶槽内的物料得到良好冷却。气孔直径可为5毫米,并且在管面上均衡布置,形成筛孔式的。

1. 鼓泡冷却结晶槽,包含有风机,高压风管,结晶槽,搅拌器,其特征是:结晶槽(1)上装设有搅拌器(2),其内安装有鼓泡管(3),鼓泡管联接着高压风管(4),再联接着风机(5),在鼓泡管(3)上开设有均衡布置的气孔(6)。
