背景技术
排汽阀尤其是立式圆柱形排汽阀上盖内面为一平面,而与其配套浮球为圆柱形,浮球的上表面也是平面,两者的接触面积较大,由于管道中的介质特别是水中含有大量的杂质,这些杂质会堆积上盖和浮球的平面上,会造成浮球与上盖产生粘连,而一般立式排汽阀的浮球重量较轻,向下的拉力小,无法将浮球从粘连的上盖上拉下,从而造成阀门的打开失灵。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防粘连上盖的排汽阀浮球,如附图1所示,本实用新型浮球上表面为平面,其特征在于在浮球的上表面上有高度相同的高出浮球表面的支点。对于圆柱形浮球,支点分布在同一个圆周上。采用上述结构后,浮球上表面与上盖内面只是点接触,且浮球上表面与上盖内面之间有一个缝隙,可有效地防止浮球与上盖内面产生粘连。本实用新型的结构特别适合于立式圆柱形排汽阀浮球。

具体实施方式
本实例给出的浮球适用于高80毫米、阀腔直径30毫米的立式圆柱形排汽阀。
实例一、如附图2和附图5所示,浮球上表面的圆周上分布4个支点,支点高出浮球上表面1.5毫米。
实例二、如附图3和附图5所示,浮球上表面的圆周上分布3个支点,支点高出浮球上表面1.2毫米。
