本实用新型公开了一种内胀式防松脱螺栓,其包括螺杆和螺母,所述的螺杆的一端设置有带有一字胀缝的胀孔,胀孔内塞有胀塞。本实用新型在螺栓杆端部中心加工一个带有一字胀缝的胀孔,再加工一个稍大于胀孔的胀塞,在安装时,将螺母固定住工件后,将胀塞楔入胀孔,使螺栓杆端部被胀塞撑开,螺栓杆直径变大,螺母无法向外松动,并且由于胀塞无法轻易取出,螺栓亦不能轻易被拆卸,兼有防盗功能。

本实用新型涉及一种内胀式防松脱螺栓。
背景技术
螺栓虽然性能好,结构简单,可靠性高,应用广泛,但却存在着容易松动这一问题,也可以说这是螺纹的一个特点,由于连接件存在间隙和频繁的震动,都是造成螺栓松动的原因,甚至脱落。目前在电网铁塔的连接上,基本上采用的是螺栓连接,但是由于铁塔长期受自然环境因素的影响,造成铁塔产生频繁震动,日积月累螺栓就会产生松动,如果在大风等恶劣天气的作用下,更会加剧螺栓松脱,导致部分角钢脱落,铁塔结构失稳而发生倒塔等严重事故,直接危害电网安全。另外由于部分人为原因,铁塔螺栓被恶意拆卸,导致铁塔结构失稳倒塔也是时有发生。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种性能可靠、易于加工、安装方便的内胀式防松脱螺栓。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种内胀式防松脱螺栓,其特征在于其包括螺杆和螺母,所述的螺杆的一端设置有带有一字胀缝的胀孔,胀孔内塞有胀塞。
本实用新型的积极效果如下:
本实用新型在螺栓杆端部中心加工一个带有一字胀缝的胀孔,再加工一个稍大于胀孔的胀塞,在安装时,将螺母固定住工件后,将胀塞楔入胀孔,使螺栓杆端部被胀塞撑开,螺栓杆直径变大,螺母无法向外松动,并且由于胀塞无法轻易取出,螺栓亦不能轻易被拆卸,兼有防盗功能。

具体实施方式
如附图1、2、3、4所示,一种内胀式防松脱螺栓,其特征在于其包括螺杆1和螺母2。所述的螺杆1的一端设置有带有一字胀缝4的胀孔5,胀孔5内塞有胀塞3。所述的一字胀缝4为沿胀孔5的内壁开设的位置相对应的呈一字形状裂缝。胀塞3为锥形,前端直径稍小于胀孔5直径,后端直径稍大于胀孔5直径,长度稍大于或等于胀孔5深度。材料尽量选用比螺栓材料高一等级的。当胀塞3楔入胀孔5后,螺杆1端部的一字胀缝4被胀塞3胀开,直径大于螺母2内径,使螺栓不能松动。胀塞3楔入后无法取出,使螺栓不能拆卸,具有防盗功能。如附图4所示,螺杆1穿过连接件,先使用螺母2旋紧连接件,然后将胀塞3楔入螺杆1的胀孔5,使螺杆1端部沿一字胀缝4胀开,使螺母2不能松动。本实用新型螺栓沿轴线切割成两个胀缝,其目的是使胀塞3被楔入后,端部可以被胀开,防止螺母2松动。
