Abstract

一种除冰雪铣刨机，主架连接在专用车辆上，发动机通过主架和推雪铲、绞龙连接，硬质合金焊接在铣头上和铣轮连接，若干个铣轮装配在铣轮轴上和主架连接。当除冰雪作业时，发动机通过铣轮轴皮带、绞龙皮带带动铣轮轴和绞龙高速旋转，路面上的冰雪就在铣头的冲击下被清除。因为铣头上焊接了硬质合金，所以非常耐磨。

本实用新型涉及一种道路除冰雪机械，尤其是一种除冰雪铣刨机。
背景技术
目前国内外道路除冰雪机械设备种类很多，但除冰雪效果不好而且不适合我国国情，不能很好的把道路上的冰雪彻底清除干净。
发明内容
为了克服所有除冰雪设备除冰雪效果不好而且不适合我国国情，不能很好的把道路上的冰雪彻底清除干净的不足，本实用新型提供一种除冰雪铣刨机，当除冰雪作业时铣头高速旋转，使冰雪能轻松的从路面上清除。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：首先主架连接在专用车辆上，发动机通过主架和推雪铲、绞龙连接，硬质合金焊接在铣头上和铣轮连接，若干个铣轮装配在铣轮轴上和主架连接。当除冰雪作业时，发动机通过铣轮轴皮带、绞龙皮带带动铣轮轴和绞龙高速旋转，路面上的冰雪就在铣头的冲击下被清除。因为铣头上焊接了硬质合金，所以非常耐磨。
本实用新型的有益效果是，当除冰雪作业时铣头高速旋转，使冰雪能轻松的从路面上清除，结构简单。

具体实施方式
首先主架(3)连接在专用车辆上，图1发动机(1)通过主架(3)和推雪铲(4)、绞龙(5)连接，图2硬质合金(7)焊接在铣头(8)上和铣轮(9)连接，若干个铣轮(9)装配在铣轮轴(10)上和图1主架(3)连接。当除冰雪作业时，发动机(1)通过铣轮轴皮带(6)、绞龙皮带(2)带动图2铣轮轴(10)和图1绞龙(5)高速旋转，路面上的冰雪就在图2铣头(8)的冲击下被清除。因为铣头(8)上焊接了硬质合金(7)，所以非常耐磨。
