   本实用新型涉及一种用于电解液的加热设备。
背景技术
   在铜冶炼企业中,对电解液加热不能采取一般的设备,一般设备有石墨、管式、板式诸种加热器,由于原料的改变,采用上述加热器,会造成电解液混浊,使管道堵塞,致使加热不良。为改变此种状况,必须采用新型的电解液加热设备。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷提供一种新型横向盘管式电解液加热设备。
本实用新型的结构包括:连接支管、蒸汽进汽口、法兰、总蒸汽分布管、蒸汽小支管、总出液管。
蒸汽小支管固装于总蒸汽分布管和总出液管之间,总蒸汽分布管上安装有连接支管,总蒸汽分布管上开设蒸汽进汽口,多个总蒸汽分布管以及多个总出液管分别通过法兰连接。
