本实用新型涉及一种余热利用技术领域,具体地说是一种石灰竖窑余热利用***。
背景技术
石灰竖窑需使用导热油对燃烧梁进行冷却降温,高温油再经散热器散热后循环利用。石灰竖窑同时产生350℃的高温废气,该高温废气未经充分利用,造成能源浪费。现有的的轻质碳酸钙生产工艺中盘式干燥器和化灰设备不仅需要专门进行加热炉设备及附属设施的投资,还需消耗大量的煤或燃油才能实现工艺要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种石灰竖窑余热利用***,以将高温导热油和废气所含热能用于轻质碳酸钙生产,节约能源和附属设施的投资。
本实用新型是这样实现的:石灰竖窑余热利用***包括来油管、与所述来油管相接的干燥器、与所述干燥器油路相通的散热器、与所述散热器油路相通的循环泵及与所述循环泵相接的回油管;所述来油管与石灰竖窑燃烧梁的出油口相接;所述干燥器用于对轻质碳酸钙进行干燥;所述散热器用于将干燥器输出的导热油进行温度调控;所述循环泵用于将导热油经回油管打回石灰竖窑燃烧梁的入油口。
本实用新型采用这种结构,来自石灰竖窑燃烧梁的出油口的高温导热油经来油管进入干燥器后作为热源对干燥器内的轻质碳酸钙进行干燥,散热器可对干燥器排出的导热油的温度进行进一步的调整,使其符合用于燃烧梁冷却的温度后,利用循环泵将导热油经回油管打回石灰竖窑燃烧梁的入油口,实现导热油的循环利用。
本实用新型的优选技术方案为:
石灰竖窑余热利用***还包括高温废气来气管、与所述来气管相接的换热器、与所述换热器的冷水口相连通的冷水池及与所述换热器热水口相接的化灰机;所述换热器设有排气口。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,石灰竖窑余热利用***包括来油管9、与所述来油管相接的干燥器7、与所述干燥器油路相通的散热器6、与所述散热器油路相通的循环泵5及与所述循环泵相接的回油管10;所述来油管9与石灰竖窑4中的燃烧梁的出油口相接;所述干燥器7用于对轻质碳酸钙进行干燥;所述散热器用于将干燥器输出的导热油进行温度调控;所述循环泵用于将导热油经回油管打回石灰竖窑燃烧梁的入油口。在某些情况下,干燥器7出口输出的导热油温度已经可以满足燃烧梁对导热油的温度需求,可以在所述干燥器7与所述循环泵5之间设置油路相通并设有阀门8,以方便调控使干燥器7输出的导热油直接经循环泵5打回燃烧梁的入油口。本实用新型还可以在所述散热器与所述来油管路之间设置油路相连通并设置有阀门12,以方便调控。
为充分利用石灰竖窑的高温废气的热能,本石灰竖窑余热利用***还可包括高温废气来气管11、与所述来气管相接的换热器2、与所述换热器的冷水口相连通的冷水池1及与所述换热器热水口相接的化灰机3;所述换热器2设有排气口。这种结构设计可以使冷水池的冷水利用石灰竖窑的高温废气的热能在换热器中升温制成热水后,直接通入化灰机,从而省去化灰工序的加热炉设备及附属设施的投资,同时节省热源,降低生产成本。

1.一种石灰竖窑余热利用***,其特征在于包括来油管(9)、与所述来油管相接的干燥器(7)、与所述干燥器油路相通的散热器(6)、与所述散热器油路相通的循环泵(5)及与所述循环泵相接的回油管(10);所述来油管(9)与石灰竖窑燃烧梁的出油口相接;所述干燥器(7)用于对轻质碳酸钙进行干燥;所述散热器用于将干燥器输出的导热油进行温度调控;所述循环泵用于将导热油经回油管打回石灰竖窑燃烧梁的入油口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石灰竖窑余热利用***,其特征在于包括高温废气来气管(11)、与所述来气管相接的换热器(2)、与所述换热器的冷水口相连通的冷水池(1)及与所述换热器热水口相接的化灰机(3);所述换热器(2)设有排气口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石灰竖窑余热利用***,其特征在于所述干燥器(7)与所述循环泵(5)之间油路相通并设有阀门(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的石灰竖窑余热利用***,其特征在于所述散热器与所述来油管路相连通并设置有阀门(12)。
