Abstract

一种脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置,包括氧化池、进液管、氧化循环泵、氧化喷射器、溢流管、清液回收泵和沉渣池,氧化池液面下通过管道和氧化循环泵连接到氧化池,氧化池上方设有的氧化喷射器,氧化池的液面高度设有溢流管接沉渣池,脱硫液经进液管进入氧化池,脱硫液经氧化循环泵至氧化喷射器;沉渣池设有管道和清液回收泵接氧化池。本实用新型装置有效降低了脱硫液中的杂质,有利于脱硫液中的亚硫酸盐的氧化和最终产品的浓缩结晶,具有节能高效的特点。

Description

一种脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置,特别涉及用氨(氨水、碳铵、液氨)作为吸收剂的氧化除杂联合装置。 
背景技术
SO2是大气主要污染物之一。脱除烟气中的SO2有氨法、钙法、镁法、双碱法和海水法等,通过含有脱硫剂的溶液和烟气循环接触,烟气中的SO2被溶液吸收,在脱硫***中循环的含有脱硫剂溶液被称为脱硫液。脱硫过程中烟气中灰尘、油、及硫单质等大部分随SO2一同进入脱硫液。 
氨法脱硫把空气中的二氧化硫用氨吸收下来形成亚硫酸铵,而亚硫酸铵不稳定,易分解,需通过氧化转化为性质稳定的硫酸铵。而脱硫液中含有的灰尘、油污和硫单质等在脱硫液中富集后会使硫酸铵的结晶过程变得困难。大量的灰尘还会磨损脱硫设备,进入硫酸铵成品中会造成其品质变差甚至不能达到副产硫酸铵的国家标准。 
为实现亚硫酸铵的氧化和除杂联合,国内许多研究都着眼于解决亚硫酸铵强化氧化技术。这就要提高氧化空气量,增加了脱硫装置能耗。本实用新型则提供了一种亚硫酸铵氧化及除杂组合装置,有效降低了脱硫***能耗,还能有效地除去脱硫液中的灰尘、油污以及硫单质,解决影响亚硫酸铵氧化和硫酸铵成品因色泽差、氮含量低以及重金属高等造成的不能达到国家相关标准的问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型目的是:提供一种脱硫液氧化及除杂联合装置,通过该装置可实现脱硫产生亚硫酸盐的氧化和脱硫液中灰尘、油污、硫单质的脱除,优化了脱硫副产物的结晶条件,提高了成品的品质,为湿法脱硫成功应用于催化裂化等含尘、油污及硫单质的工业废气脱硫中创造了良好的条件。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置,包括氧化池2、进液管1、氧化循环泵3、氧化喷射器4、溢流管6、清液回收泵8和沉渣池7,氧化池液面下通过管道和氧化循环泵3连接到氧化池上方设有的氧化喷射器4,氧化池的液面高度设溢流管6接沉渣池7,如图1,脱硫液经进液管1进入氧化池2,脱硫液经氧化循环泵3泵至氧化喷射器。含有杂质的泡沫经溢流管6流入沉渣池7。氧化池底部设有管道并连接净脱硫液泵5,除杂后的脱硫液经泵5返回脱硫循环***或进入副产品回收工序。沉渣池7设有管道和清液回收泵8接氧化池,沉渣池7中的清液经清液回收泵8返回氧化池。灰渣出口9去处理场。待处理脱硫液的进液管1、氧化池2、氧化循环泵3、氧化喷射器4、净脱硫液泵5、溢流管6、沉渣池7、清液回收泵8、灰渣出口9、混凝剂槽10。 
本实用新型根据需要设置混凝剂槽,混凝剂自混凝剂槽经定量装置加入氧化循环泵3的入口。 
除去杂质的溶液为烟气脱硫提供了质优的脱硫液,为后续的氧化结晶以及生产出优质的副产品提供了干净的溶液。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型装置有效降低了脱硫液中的杂质,有利于脱硫液中的亚硫酸盐的氧化和最终产品的浓缩结晶,具有节能高效的特点。本实用新型装置还可以帮助氧化,使溶液硫酸铵氧化率提高99%,除尘率提高到95%。并使***产出优质的硫酸铵。

具体实施方式
如图1,待处理脱硫液的进液管1、氧化池2、氧化循环泵3、氧化喷射器4、净脱硫液泵5、溢流管6、沉渣池7、清液回收泵8、灰渣出口9、混凝剂槽10。脱硫液经进液管1进入氧化池2,脱硫液经氧化循环泵3泵至氧化喷射器。含有杂质的泡沫经溢流管6流入沉渣池7。氧化池底部设有管道并连接净脱硫液泵5,除杂后的脱硫液经泵5返回脱硫循环***或进入副产品回收工序。沉渣池7设有管道和清液回收泵8接氧化池,沉渣池7中的清液经清液回收泵8返回氧化池。灰渣出口9去处理场。 
1、装置结构 
1)氧化喷射器 
根据氧化和除杂负荷设计或选择氧化喷射器,具体负荷取二者之中的大值。氧化喷射器的吸风量

其中:m为亚硫酸铵,单位kg/h 
n为设置喷射器的个数 
k为吸风量校正系数,范围为0.2-10 
2)氧化循环泵 
循环量V1=nVi
其中:n为设置喷射器的个数;Vi为单只喷射器所需溶液量; 
其余根据经过氧化喷射器的安装高度、喷射压力及溶液比重等确定其扬程及配套电机等。 
3)氧化池,根据氧化喷射器的安装要求和溶液与泡沫分离的要求等确定氧化池的大小及形状。氧化池高度一般为1m-10m。 
4)沉渣池,根据泡沫量与储存时间等确定沉渣池的大小。 
实施实例: 
用于年处理140万吨渣油的催化裂化再生烟气的氨法脱硫工程,其处理烟气量为180000Nm3/h,烟气中SO2含量为2600mg/Nm3,灰含量300mg/Nm3。氧化池直径为

高6.6m。设备包换氧化池、沉渣池、循环泵和氧化喷射器。沉渣池规格5000×4000×4500。 
装置主要特征: 
1、氧化池 
上部沿池周安装6台喷射器。喷射管在液面以下。泡沫出口设溢流堰。 
2、沉渣池 
隔成两部分,堰下部设连通孔。 
本实用新型的使用结果:整个装置可以帮助氧化,使溶液硫酸铵氧化率99%,除尘率95%。 
配套脱硫***的脱硫效率为96.5%,脱硫脱硝后烟气中SO2含量为100mg/Nm3、氨含量为4mg/Nm3。年脱除SO2 7226t/a,年产硫酸铵15058t/a。产品中N含量≥21.0%,达到GB535-1995合格品的要求。 

Claims (3)

1.一种脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置,其特征是包括氧化池、进液管、氧化循环泵、氧化喷射器、溢流管、清液回收泵和沉渣池,氧化池液面下通过管道和氧化循环泵连接到氧化池,氧化池上方设有的氧化喷射器,氧化池的液面高度设有溢流管接沉渣池,脱硫液经进液管进入氧化池,脱硫液经氧化循环泵至氧化喷射器;沉渣池设有管道和清液回收泵接氧化池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置,其特征是设有净脱硫液泵,氧化池底部设有管道并连接净脱硫液泵。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫液氧化除杂联合装置,其特征是设有混凝剂槽,混凝剂槽混凝剂经定量装置加入氧化循环泵的入口。
