Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种LED光谱发生器,包括铝合金外壳、铝基线路板、LED灯和钢化玻璃透光罩,所述铝合金外壳为一倒梯形槽,其两边槽壁上铺设高光反射板;所述铝基线路板安装于倒梯形槽底部,槽口由钢化玻璃透光罩封装;所述LED灯包括红、黄、蓝三色灯,三色灯间隔排列于铝基线路板上。本实用新型根据水稻秧苗生长需要设计,可为水稻秧苗生长提供弱光环境下特定光谱波段的弱光照射,为水稻秧苗的性育成和结穗期提供最优的光谱成分,有效提高水稻秧苗的性育成率和结穗率,提高秧苗及育种品质;而且该产品结构简单,轻便,散热性能良好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及植物培育光谱设备,尤其涉及一种LED光谱发生器。 
背景技术
在作物的生命活动中,光是重要的影响因子之一,目前在作物上已有广泛的研究,范围涉及到生长发育、形态建成、生理代谢、产量和品质等方面。尤其是近些年来,一些经济作物需要遮阴条件才能满足市场对品质的要求,这变相促进了光强对作物生命活动的研究,并且取得了显著的经济效益。 
某些植物在弱光环境下需要特定光谱波段的弱光,而目前的植物生长灯大多是在光照不足时进行补光,以改变植物的生长发育进程,而并未针对植物特别需要提供特定光谱波段的弱光。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种LED光谱发生器,根据水稻秧苗生长需要,特别是在水稻秧苗性育期、敏感期和结穗期,所需要弱光环境下的红、黄和蓝光光谱波段的弱光而设计,而且结构简单,轻便,散热性能良好。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型所提出的技术方案为:LED光谱发生器,包括铝合金外壳、铝基线路板、LED灯和钢化玻璃透光罩,所述铝合金外壳为一倒梯形槽,其两边槽壁上铺设高光反射板;所述铝基线路板安装于倒梯形槽底部,槽口由钢化玻璃透光罩封装;所述LED灯包括红(R)、黄(Y)、蓝(B)三色灯,其波长分别为红:620~625nm,黄:588~592nm,蓝:460~465nm,三色灯间隔排列于铝基线路板上。 
进一步的,所述铝基线路板于各LED灯之间的间隙设有散热微细孔。 
进一步的,所述铝基线路板一端设有调控红、黄、蓝各色灯亮灯顺序、时长及光强的总控制器。控制时长1分钟—10分钟范围。 
进一步的,所述红色灯光强在500~800mcd之间,黄色灯光强在500~800mcd之间,蓝色灯光强在800~1200mcd之间。 
进一步的,所述红、黄、蓝三色灯采用15串12并的连接方式,36V恒压驱动;所述15串12并包括四组15个红色灯串联、四组15个黄色灯串联、四组15个蓝色灯串联,总共12组红、黄、蓝三色灯并联。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型的LED光谱发生器,根据水稻秧苗生长需要设计,可为水稻秧苗生长提供弱光环境下特定光谱波段的弱光照射,为水稻秧苗的性育成和结穗期提供最优的光谱成分,有效提高水稻秧苗的性育成率和结穗率,提高秧苗及育种品质;而且该产品结构简单,轻便,散热性能良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本实用新型做进一步说明。 
如图1和2所示,本实用新型的LED光谱发生器,包括铝合金外壳1、铝基线路板2、LED灯3和钢化玻璃透光罩4,所述铝合金外壳1为一倒梯形槽,其两边槽壁上铺设高光反射板5;所述铝基线路板2安装于倒梯形槽底部,槽口由钢化玻璃透光罩4封装;所述LED灯3包括红、黄、蓝三色灯,即红光灯31、黄光灯32和蓝光灯33,其波长分别为红:620~625nm,黄:588~592nm,蓝:460~465nm,三色灯间隔排列于铝基线路板2上。其中,红色灯光强在500~800mcd之间,黄色灯光强在500~800mcd之间,蓝色灯光强在800~1200mcd之间,在弱光环境下为水稻秧苗的性育成和结穗期提供特定的光谱照射。该结构简单轻便,可方便拆装,根据需要灵活设置于多层育秧床内。 
如图2所示,铝基线路板2于各LED灯3之间的间隙设有散热微细孔21,可有效增强电路板的散热性能,其一端还设有调控红、黄、蓝各色灯亮灯顺序、时长及光强的总控制器6。总控制器6控制红、黄、蓝三色灯交替亮,每种灯亮1分钟—10分钟;也可进行混光照射同时为水稻秧苗提供多种光谱成分。 
如图3所示,为LED灯电路连接方式,采用36V恒压驱动,132颗灯珠采用15串12并的连接方式,红、黄、蓝三色灯各有60颗,分为四组15个红色灯串联、四组15个黄色灯串联、四组15个蓝色灯串联,然后12组红、黄、蓝三色灯再并联。 
本实用新型采用铝合金外壳、钢化玻璃透光罩封装,并在铝基线路板上设置散热微细孔,使得产品整体散热效果良好;整合水稻秧苗最适宜的红、黄、蓝三色光谱成分,并调控各色灯的亮灯时间及时长,在弱光环境下,给水稻秧苗提供所需光谱成分,以有效促进水稻秧苗的性育成和结穗。 
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本实用新型做出的各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

1.LED光谱发生器,包括铝合金外壳、铝基线路板、LED灯和钢化玻璃透光罩,其特征在于:所述铝合金外壳为一倒梯形槽,其两边槽壁上铺设高光反射板;所述铝基线路板安装于倒梯形槽底部,槽口由钢化玻璃透光罩封装;所述LED灯包括红、黄、蓝三色灯,其波长分别为红:620~625nm,黄:588~592nm,蓝:460~465nm,三色灯间隔排列于铝基线路板上。
2.如权利要求1所述LED光谱发生器,其特征在于:所述铝基线路板于各LED灯之间的间隙设有散热微细孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述LED光谱发生器,其特征在于:所述铝基线路板一端设有调控红、黄、蓝各色灯亮灯顺序、时长及光强的总控制器。
4.如权利要求1或2所述LED光谱发生器,其特征在于:所述红色灯光强在500~800mcd之间,黄色灯光强在500~800mcd之间,蓝色灯光强在800~1200mcd之间。
5.如权利要求1或2所述LED光谱发生器,其特征在于:所述红、黄、蓝三色灯采用15串12并的连接方式,36V恒压驱动;所述15串12并包括四组15个红色灯串联、四组15个黄色灯串联、四组15个蓝色灯串联,总共12组红、黄、蓝三色灯并联。
