技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种转移膜的结构,该种转移膜主要用于制备香烟、酒类、化妆品、食品、药品等包装盒用纸。
背景技术
转移膜的特点是拉伸强度高,热稳定性好、热收缩率低,表面平整光洁、剥离性好,可多次反复使用。它主要用做真空镀铝的载体,就是将PET膜置于真空镀铝机镀铝后,涂胶与纸复合,然后将PET膜剥离,铝分子层通过胶粘作用便转移到纸板表面上,形成所谓的镀铝卡纸。人们为了追求包装外表面亮丽的效果,往往通过提高表面光洁度来增大其反光效果,使得包装盒表面越来越光亮,但是此种改变也仅限于色彩与亮度的调整,如果要达到布纹的效果,需要在其表面再次印刷油墨,再次印刷不但增加了印制成本,且再次印刷油墨大面积覆盖住镀铝卡纸上,影响了其光泽与亮度,另外此种印刷的布纹,不具有渐变效果,形式较呆板,不能满足包装行业个性化需求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种表面亮度高、具有变效果的环保水性布纹镭射转移膜结构,能满足包装行业个性化需求,且该种基膜可回收,环保性好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种环保水性布纹镭射转移膜结构,它包括自下而上的PET基膜、水性涂料层和镀铝层,所述水性涂料层上表面压制有布纹型镭射纹。
所述水性涂料采用苯丙乳液/水性聚氨酯涂料,所述镀铝层为真空镀铝层。
本实用新型环保水性布纹镭射转移膜结构的有益效果是:
本实用新型环保水性布纹镭射转移膜结构,水性涂料层表面压制的布纹型镭射纹复合镀铝层后,在光线的作用下,会产生渐变效果,且不需要再次印刷,节约成本,同时兼顾了产品的光泽与亮度,能满足包装行业个性化需求。
水性涂料层环保性好,不会对环境造成污染,采用苯丙乳液/水性聚氨酯涂料,可提高PET薄膜的表面张力,改善印刷的适应性(可使用水溶性油墨),且能加强镀铝层与PET基膜的结合力。
PET膜作为基膜,其挺度好,尺寸稳定,适于印刷、纸袋等二次加工,且其还具有优良的耐热、耐寒性和良好的耐化学药品性和耐油性,不易破损,可回收利用。

所述PET基膜1为三层共挤PET膜,其厚度为15-20μm;
所述水性涂料采用苯丙乳液/水性聚氨酯涂料,所述镀铝层为真空镀铝层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保水性布纹镭射转移膜结构,其特征在于:所述水性涂层(2)采用苯丙乳液/水性聚氨酯涂料。
