Abstract
本实用新型提供一种线缆固定扣，属于固定装置领域。该固定扣的结构包括定位条板，所述定位条板上表面左部设置有卡板并与其底部垂直连接，卡板上端呈楔形并相右弯曲，所述定位条板右端面向卡板上端弯曲使得定位条板左中部形成一个弧形，定位条板右端设置有弯曲面并与前述卡板上部相对应。该固定扣和现有技术相比，具有设计合理、结构简单、固定效果好等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种固定装置，具体地说是一种线缆固定扣。
背景技术
测试工装中一般会有较多的线缆，使用普通的接线走线方式必定会造成线缆杂乱无章，而且使得测试过程较为困难，增大了测试的误差，产品质量大打折扣。将线缆放置于固定扣中就可以很好的解决这种问题，但现有的线缆固定扣大都开口固定，无法重复使用，而且基本有敞口的线扣，固定和束线作用不强，严重影响了测试工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种设计合理、结构简单的线缆固定扣。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：包括定位条板，所述定位条板上表面左部设置有卡板并与其底部垂直连接，卡板上端呈楔形并相右弯曲，所述定位条板右端面向卡板上端弯曲使得定位条板左中部形成一个弧形，定位条板右端设置有弯曲面并与前述卡板上部相对应。
卡板左方即定位条板上设置有定位孔。
定位孔设置有一个。
本实用新型的一种线缆固定扣与现有技术相比，所产生的有益效果是：
具有设计合理、结构简单、使用方便、性能优良、实用等特点，可以有效的固定线缆，减少由于线缆不整而造成的例如散热不良、短路等问题，并且大幅度的增强工装治具的美观度。减小因线缆而造成的测试误差，提升产品质量。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作以下详细说明。
如附图所示，本实用新型的一种线缆固定扣，其结构包括定位条板1，所述定位条板1上表面左部设置有卡板4并与其底部垂直连接，卡板4上端呈楔形并相右弯曲，所述定位条板1右端面向卡板4上端弯曲使得定位条板1左中部形成一个弧形，定位条板1右端设置有弯曲面2并与前述卡板4上部相对应。
卡板4左方即定位条板1上设置有定位孔3。定位孔3设置有一个。
该固定扣可以通过整体注塑制成并将该固定扣设置成具有美观性的黑色。此种线扣是专门为测试工装设计而成的，其开口向里，可重复使用，具有很强的固定和束线作用。
本实用新型的一种线缆固定扣其加工制作简单方便，按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
除说明书所述的技术特征外，均为本专业人员的已知技术。

1.一种线缆固定扣，包括定位条板，其特征在于所述定位条板上表面左部设置有卡板并与其底部垂直连接，卡板上端呈楔形并相右弯曲，所述定位条板右端面向卡板上端弯曲使得定位条板左中部形成一个弧形，定位条板右端设置有弯曲面并与前述卡板上部相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆固定扣，其特征在于卡板左方即定位条板上设置有定位孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种线缆固定扣，其特征在于定位孔设置有一个。
