Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜,包括由聚乙烯多微孔膜构成的中间层,由聚丙烯与超高分子量聚乙烯混合物组成的共聚混合物所构成的上表面层和下表面层,中间层与上表面层、下表面层均具有多微孔且相互连通。本实用新型实施例在两个表面层由聚丙烯与超高分子量聚乙烯的混合物组成,通过结合具有低的关闭温度及优秀的关闭速度PE多微孔膜层和具有较高耐热性、低热收缩及厚度均一性好的PP与UHMWPE多微孔膜层,可以获得厚度均一性好、闭孔温度低,且具有低的热收缩、高的渗透性和良好耐热性的聚烯烃多微孔复合膜。

锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜
技术领域
本实用新型涉及聚烯烃多微孔膜技术领域,具体涉及锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜。 
背景技术
目前公知的锂电池隔膜主要是由PE(聚乙烯)或PP(聚丙烯)单层隔膜或复合PP/PE/PP隔膜。单纯的PE锂电池隔膜虽然具有较低的关闭温度,但其膜熔化温度也较低,电池的安全性不能得到很好的保障;另一方面,单纯的PP隔膜具有较高的膜熔化温度,但其关闭温度也相对较高,不利于电路的保护;而隔膜孔径大小不均匀难以控制,孔隙狭长,制备的隔膜偏厚,膜厚度小于20μm时质量得不到保障,这限制了其再新能源动力电池的进一步应用;由PP和PE制备的复合多层隔膜同时具有PE的低关闭温度和PP的较高熔化温度,使隔膜具有较好的综合性能,但其力学强度存在不足。 
在对此方法的研究和实践过程中,本实用新型的发明人发现:目前Celgard公司已商业化生产的PP/PE/PP的三层复合隔膜;公开号为CN1897329A中国专利文献介绍了一种由聚丙烯和聚乙烯构成的多层多孔薄膜;东燃化学公司发表了大量关于含聚乙烯和聚丙烯的多层多微孔膜的专利,如公开号为CN10855750A,CN101511588A,CN101511589A等专利文献。但这些专利文献的PP层一般采用纯PP或者采用PP+PE复合层,其强度仍较差;而PE层一般加入了PP使得隔膜的关闭温度升高;且隔膜的尺寸稳定性差。虽然当前PP和PE复合制备的隔膜性能虽有一定程度的优化,但在产品的尺寸稳定性较差,渗透性、关闭性能和针刺穿强度等仍不足,当前的PP和PE复合隔膜仍然无法满足制备高性能电池的需要。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜,能够很好的解决上述问题。 
本实用新型提供的锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜,包括由聚乙烯多微孔膜构成的中间层,由共聚混合物构成的上表面层和下表面层,中间层置于上表面层与下表面层之间,中间层与上表面层、下表面层均具有多微孔且相互连通。 
上述技术方案可以看出,由于本实用新型实施例在两个表面层由聚丙烯与超高分子量聚乙烯的混合物组成,通过结合具有低的关闭温度及优秀的关闭速度PE多微孔膜和具有较高耐热性、低热收缩及厚度均一性好的PP与UHMWPE混合的多微孔膜,可以获得厚度均一性好、闭孔温度低,且具有低的热收缩、高的渗透性和良好耐热性的聚烯烃多微孔复合膜。

实施例: 
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜,包括由聚乙烯多微孔膜层构成的中间层2,由聚丙烯与超高分子量聚乙烯混合物组成的共聚混合物所构成的上表面层1和下表面层3,中间层2置于上表面层1与下表面层3之间,中间层2与上表面层1、下表面层3均具有多微孔且相互连通。
采用本实用新型实施例的锂离子电池用聚烯烃多微孔复合膜尺寸稳定性好,可以对复合膜的尺寸进行控制,该尺寸可以达到15~50μm,而且孔隙率达到30~80%;具有低的关闭温度及优秀的关闭速度和具有较高耐热性、低热收缩及厚度均一性好的特点,可以获得厚度均一性好,且具有低的热收缩、高的渗透性和耐热性。
