本实用新型涉及电线电缆结构制作领域,具体为一种电线电缆的铜丝屏蔽层。
背景技术
电线电缆的铜丝屏蔽,其主要用途是接地和防止电磁波的干扰。为达到上述功能一般中低压电力电缆采用绞合疏绕的型式。铜丝屏蔽型的中低压电力电缆普遍采用单向的绞合疏绕加工型式。当采用绞合疏绕时,铜丝层对内层的线芯有较大的一个扎紧力,在电缆运行后因内层线芯的膨胀,相对来说铜丝对线芯的扎紧力更大,长期下去这种扎紧力会影响半导电层厚度的变化,甚至伤害到绝缘,对电缆的寿命影响很大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有单向绞合疏绕结构所存在的扎紧力过大问题,提供一种扎紧力小的绞合结构。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型是这样实现的:
一种电线电缆的铜丝屏蔽层,它包括线芯、包于线芯外的底层包膜,缠绕于底层包膜外的铜丝包裹层,所述铜丝包裹层为双旋向铜丝包裹层,即所述铜丝以相对的缠绕方向交替包裹于底层包膜外表面。
本实用新型采用上述设计,将铜丝层均匀铺设于线芯外,没有传统单向绞合疏绕包裹于线芯外可能对线芯产生过大扎紧力从使线芯、绝缘受到伤害的问题。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示,一种电线电缆的铜丝屏蔽层,它包括线芯3、包括线芯3外的底层包膜2,缠绕于底层包膜2外的铜丝包裹层1,所述铜丝包裹层1为双旋向铜丝包裹层,即所述铜丝以左向螺旋缠绕、右向螺旋缠或顺时针缠绕、逆时针缠绕的方式交替包裹于底层包膜外表面。
制作本铜丝屏蔽层的原理如下:
如图2所示,缠绕铜丝时,以B点不动,A点顺时针旋转,则A、B两点间形成了左向螺旋;当电缆按一定速度向前运动,在B点将左向螺旋固定,电缆继续向前走一定距离后,使A点按逆时针旋转,这时在A、B两点间就形成了右向螺旋,然后再在B点将右向螺旋固定,这样由于A点的反复旋转,那么在电缆上就形成了左、右双向螺旋的绞合结构。实际缠绕时,A点转动角幅度一般小于360°多为270°,缠绕节距约为普通单向绞合疏绕的1.5倍。
本实用新型采用上述方法制作而成后,其实际为铜丝层均匀铺设于线芯外,没有传统单向绞合疏绕包裹于线芯外可能对线芯产生过大扎紧力从使线芯、绝缘受到伤害的问题,且相对于传统单向绞合疏绕的包裹方式,使用本铜丝屏蔽层的结构的电线电缆更易弯曲。
