本实用新型属于紧固件连接，尤其是涉及一种组合螺母。
背景技术
目前，市场上的螺母多采用冷镦机上的模具将毛坯进行冷镦、攻丝制成的，此种螺母结构单一，螺母本身防松预紧能力差，尤其是该连接部位底孔较大时，需要人工增加垫圈来解决。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、设计合理，易加工，成本低廉，防松预紧可靠、而且提高装配效率的一种组合螺母。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括六角螺母，六角螺母下端设有凸台，与锥形垫圈通过铆接连为一体。
本实用新型的优点是：
结构简单、设计合理，易加工，成本低廉，松预紧可靠、而且提高装配效率，可以在保证连接强度和防松预紧的同时，降低成本，提高***可靠性和装配效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1-图3可知，本实用新型包括六角螺母2，六角螺母2下端设有凸台3，与锥形垫圈1通过铆接连为一体。
本实用新型六角螺母主要由冷镦机镦制而成，并在该六角螺母在某一端进行车削加工制出一个凸台。取来已加工完成的锥形垫圈，若有强度要求，可进行热处理HRC40～48，将其套入该六角螺母的凸台上，然后进行铆接，注意要保证铆接后锥形垫圈与螺母之间应能自由转动。由于该组合螺母即具有螺母本身的功能，又具备锥形垫圈的功能，因此其在结构上既解决防松预紧能力，又提高了装配效率，节约成本，外观简洁厚重，技术含量高。

1.一种组合螺母，包括六角螺母(2)，其特征在于：六角螺母(2)下端设有凸台(3)，与锥形垫圈(1)通过铆接连为一体。
