背景技术
现有的汽车前风窗下横梁总成如图5及图6所示，由前风窗上盖板2、前风窗下横梁3、前风窗左侧板4、雨刮电机支架5、前风窗右侧板6焊接而成。前风窗上盖板2与前风窗下横梁3的上端焊接，前风窗左侧板4和前风窗右侧板6风别焊接在前风窗上盖板2与前风窗下横梁3的左、右两侧，雨刮电机支架5焊接在前风窗上盖板2上。由于前风窗上盖板2与前风窗下横梁3之间未形成闭合结构，导致现有的汽车前风窗下横梁总成刚度较弱，当雨刮运动时，由于汽车前风窗下横梁总成刚度不足，导致雨刮运动时产生抖动。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车前风窗下横梁总成，以加强汽车前风窗下横梁总成的刚度。
本实用新型所述汽车前风窗下横梁总成，包括前风窗上盖板、前风窗下横梁、前风窗左侧板、雨刮电机支架、前风窗右侧板，前风窗上盖板与前风窗下横梁的上端焊接，前风窗左侧板和前风窗右侧板分别焊接在前风窗上盖板与前风窗下横梁的左、右两侧，雨刮电机支架焊接在前风窗上盖板上，还包括风窗前支撑板，该风窗前支撑板位于前风窗上盖板、前风窗下横梁、前风窗左侧板及前风窗右侧板之间，且分别与前风窗上盖板、前风窗下横梁、前风窗左侧板及前风窗右侧板焊接为一体。
本实用新型所述汽车前风窗下横梁总成，通过增加风窗前支撑板与前风窗上盖板、前风窗下横梁、前风窗左侧板及前风窗右侧板焊接为一体，使汽车前风窗下横梁总成形成闭合的腔体结构，从而极大地提高了汽车前风窗下横梁总成的刚度，很好的解决了因汽车前风窗下横梁总成刚度不足而导致雨刮运动时产生抖动的技术问题。

1.一种汽车前风窗下横梁总成，包括前风窗上盖板（2）、前风窗下横梁（3）、前风窗左侧板（4）、雨刮电机支架（5）、前风窗右侧板（6），前风窗上盖板与前风窗下横梁的上端焊接，前风窗左侧板和前风窗右侧板分别焊接在前风窗上盖板及前风窗下横梁的左、右两侧，雨刮电机支架焊接在前风窗上盖板上，其特征在于：还包括风窗前支撑板（7），该风窗前支撑板位于前风窗上盖板、前风窗下横梁、前风窗左侧板及前风窗右侧板之间，且分别与前风窗上盖板、前风窗下横梁、前风窗左侧板及前风窗右侧板焊接为一体。
